“Regarding my shipment which has not been delivered yet. It should be delivered last October 6 but nothing happened. What I am upset at all is Amazon Team is informing me that I am not reachable which is totally not true. I am waiting for my shipment the whole day of the 06th because that is my present for my daughter. After that, we will receive false information that I am not reachable at all. It is not good customer service. If the shipment is delayed tell the whole truth that it is delayed. Do not ever tell the customer that it is my fault that I am not reachable. I even subscribe to Amazon Prime for fast delivery but what sh*** is this it seems as this is a regular delivery not even for Amazon Prime members. It is a good way to treat your members? For members, you should have at least prioritized them. The company is just taking money for the customer who will subscribe to the membership without giving any privileges? I don't get the point of this. Everything is worse. False information about the delivery dates, False information of the driver that I am not reachable, Delayed shipment, No action, False information that they can shipped it again on the 08th of October which is I think it will not happen within the day. Cow milking company who takes money only to the members and not giving the benefits that they need. Truly disappointed!!!
This is the worst online shopping experience. The customer service is very poor none of them helped me with my issue. My package was supposed to arrive a day ago and it has still not arrived. I got an email from amazon saying I am unreachable. What a joke company. Don't waste your time on amazon. Their delivery service is so bad. “Amazon UAE claims that the money in gift card balance cannot be transferred to bank account but what if I don't want to buy anything ever from amazon and ultimately that money which is in my gift card balance is not what amazon has contributed but is my own hard earned money which I may have transferred from my bank account or I may have given cash for so its my own money which I need in my bank account anyhow very bad approach by amazon uae not helpful at all and they never understand the situation of customer and just want to talk about unnecessary things.I have been a regular customer of amazon use but now I don't think I would proceed further if this is what the approach remains of Amazon UAE. 1. Delivery takes to many days even more which is not normal. People are paying money for fast delivery
2. Now with coronavirus you should remove delivery fees. Everybody do that. After 100dhm you are doing it which i think delivery should be for free whatever you buy

Why?
Because it's non-existent.
It takes a lot to anger me, but Amazon.ae has succeeded in tipping me over the edge! I am irate at the poor service. My order got canceled after 20 days of no word! and I just get told I will get a refund. I waited for the product for 20 days and on the day of the promised delivery. Not a word to explain what happened, just a "Hey, we will refund you"
My business with amazon.ae is done.
Stick with noon, at least they care about their customers.”
