I ordered an item yesterday and immediately realised it was a mistake so I naturally requested a cancellation without wasting anytime. The only message appeared on my profile was" attempting to cancel we will inform you by email" Today having seen no reply or any sign I spoke to a customer agent who said it was not possible to cancel, very disappointed and don't think this site is worth my money. Thanks God we have enough choice so deleted my account and moving on to find a normal customer satisfaction oriented company for my future purchases.

Customer Service i terrible. I cannot get the right service. Instead of getting help. I get stress and frustration asking for help. Customers service agents are not well trained. Not knowledgeable enough. Low comprehension. They cannot understand the concern. You have to explain 3-4x before they get it and still provide a different resolution.

One of Amazon associates gave me wrong information and now I'm paying the price. Cost me over $300 do to wrongful information. I even have it in writing by the associate and Amazon says too bad your loss. Not everything is as good as it seems. I will not be returning...TERRIBLE

The customer service is beyond rude. I called Amazon Canada to track a package I ordered almost 4 months ago and still haven’t received. They have been short with their answers, don’t care to find out how they can help resolve issues. They don’t even speak English enough to be able to do their job effectively and hang up in your face. I called back and spoke with a supervisor. I told her I wanted to report the person who hung up on me and wanted a call back from management. I was told they would make a request for me but couldn’t guarantee a call back. This is how much they care about their customers. They are a joke. Horrible customer service.

I am very disappointed in Amazon Canada. I don't order that often but I have bought a number of items over the last few years. I highly recommend Amazon Canada customers know the return policies on items purchased as well as what they are purchasing. I ordered an adapter for a Sangean portable radio and as a Non tech savvy consumer, the switch adapter I ordered didn't work for my Sangean radio. The explanation on this item said for Sangean portable radio but who knew there were dozens of different switch adapters for Sangean radios. I asked to return and once reading the return policies, I discovered that to return my item by Purolator will cost me more than the item I bought by $10.00. I don't order often but now I'm leary to order anything from the. What a disappointment.

When u don't receive your order but they treat you like a criminal They ask me to get a police report for an undelivered microwave. It states black on white it was delivered in the wrong city!!! The police have better things to do then to run around searching for a microwave

My product was not shipped in time.. was supposed to get it within a day and turns out when I was supposed to get it yesterday it’s late it only got shipped out today instead of my one day shipping like it’s supposed to

Since at least 6 months back Amazon has changed their policy for Prime members, now quite frequently they are adding shipping costs or if you want to buy the same item one day shipping would cost you more money than 3 or 4-day delivery for Prime members I think it's time to look for local suppliers, And the customer service it's not the same as it used to be.

I have loved Amazon for years. It’s been my go-to source for almost everything I buy. One reason was the free, easy returns. Now they’re charging 6-9 dollars for returns. Now, if I’m not positive the item is the right thing, I’ll try to get it at Costco or Walmart, where returns are still free.

My account was hacked, which was verified by Amazon, and an unauthorized $200 Sephora gift card was purchased by the hacker. I have been fighting tooth and nail for refund, and though Amazon has taken my money from my bank, they have refused thus far to reverse the transaction and issue a refund. I have called them over 7 times now and have been met with a brick wall each time. It is the absolute worst customer service and refund policies I have ever encountered. I was the victim of a fraudulent purchase and account hacking, and yet they refuse to rectify the situation. I will never order from Amazon again! No refund to date has been issued and this incident happened over 2.5 weeks ago.

Prices are way high comparing to other platforms and websites - before writing this review, I have called Amazon customer service especially to complain about that, and the weird thing is that they were surprised that their prices are higher than others .. but mo action taken unfortunately so I changed to ebay and other e-commerce platforms

WARNING TO ALL!! NEVER BUY GIFT CARDS OR RELOAD A GIFT CARD BECAUSE IF AMAZON DECIDES TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR SOME BOGUS REASON THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE VALUE OF YOUR GIFT CARDS BACK!! I DID NOT RECIEVE A DELIVERY AND I HAD PROOF FROM ASL DISTRIBUTION AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND TO BE A GIFT CARD ON THEIR SITE TO RE BUY EVERYTHING, I DID GET THE REFUND AS A GIFT CARD AND THE NEXT DAY THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT STATING I REFUND TOO MUCH AND SAID THAT ITS PART OF THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS , I ASKED FOR THE VALUE OF THE GIFT CARD BACK AND THEY SAID NO TO ME STATING IT BELONGS TO THEM NOW!! WOW THEY ARE STEALING THIEVES, I WROTE TO JEFF BEZOS AND HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT IT!! PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THIS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS COMPANY , THEY ARE CRAZY BEYOND BELIEF! I’m about to stop ordering all together from amazon. And I will do all Christmas and birthday shopping with them. I’m sick and tired of their drivers. We have 3 dogs. That bark. Surprise surprise. Never once in my life have dogs gotten out of this yard let alone bothered anyone. Their drivers don’t like dogs. Sure. Whatever. But now they aren’t even delivering my packages because they don’t want to approach a house with dogs. 5 times I have had to run outside to tell them to give me my packages. They don’t speak much English other then dogs. I tell them the dogs are in a fenced yard and never once gotten out or attacked anyone, ever. 5 times this has happened!!!!!! Now today I left them inside as much as possible because I knew my package was coming and I needed what was inside. One dog went out and they wouldn’t even go to the mail box, which is obviously outside the yard. If you don’t like dogs or are terrified that much don’t do deliveries. Possibly why I haven’t received packages in the past. 7.7 million house holds in Canada have dogs, maybe choose a different job !!!!!!!

Amazon delivery is very good. Now the not so good!! I called Amazon only to find out their toll free number had been replaced by a phone pay for use charge. I was trying to obtain a refund on a shipping charge and went through various automatic responses from them that were no good for what I was needing! At some point another site called "Just Answer" came on my screen and gave me a temporary password to continue with them. Something did not seem right with this as I already had a password with Amazon and did not continue any longer with them .I did not enter the temporary password anywhere and just turned off my computer. Now the real issue! This morning I checked my credit card and have three charges totaling $123.29, as a preauthorized payment with part of this being recurring as a monthly for a membership! I gave this company NO information so I assume that would have had to come from Amazon. I cannot believe that Amazon would pass my credit card information to a third party, however I can think of no other way of them getting it. Just Ask has over 2,000 complaints through the Better Business Bureau, I believe, in California and these people certainly appear to be scammers!

I had an order come early without being notified of a change of delivery date and so missed the delivery. Contacted customer service as the courier was not on their contact details list. The person on chat was hopeless, did not give me any support just told me to wait till original delivery date. Now I have someone trying a delivery for 5 days or who will return the order to the supplier!

3 hrs to get thru....endured multiple disconections and 2 hang ups and 8 people later NO RESOLVE . They screwed up my order wrong frame and it was damaged to boot. Refused to have UPS pick up insisted we return to drop off. We are seniors the pkg was 100lbs we couldn't lift it and drop off was 2 hrs away. There only other solution was for them to pick up but it would take over a week for them just to process the email to do this yet refused to refund me. They screw up and customers get to pay for it. I could see if the amount was minimal but it was a bed I needed and the amount of the bed alone was $300. Never Again......Abominable customer service!!!!!! You can clearly see its white not black as ordered you can clearly see its WH on box and you can clearly see some of the damage and the amazon shipping labels
