Stay away from amazon, prime two day shipping is now two weeks or more. Don't expect to get your order fast according on their add. That is not true! They are manipulating the time even you order early thier not following what is ever prime member they don't care about complain they are patching their stupid habbit mistake. And customer service can't handle the complain they will pass your call to other line. Go to walmart or ebay they are way faster shipping that amazon garbage

Amazon has switched from a reliable delivery service (Intelcom) to Amazon Logistics???? which is awful. Delivery dates are not accurate and they have no idea what they are doing. I have had enough with Amazon and the stress deliveries are now causing me and am cancelling my prime membership. I have spent many many thousands of dollars over the years with Amazon, but not anymore. Time to cut ties and there are other options out there.

Delivery driver needs to ring the doorbell or knock to let us know it’s there …..I guess if this is to much to ask we are done with ordering of Amazon

"Last Night in Soho" is in stock on Amazon.com on release day, yet out of stock on Amazon.ca. And Amazon.ca isn't even hurrying up in trying to get it back in stock, so that just goes onto show how Amazon Canada doesn't care at all about customer satisfaction!

i bought sansung fold 3 case and in the company policy it says i can return the product within 30 days and when i contact the sealer they dont want to refund my money and when you go to amazon website to return the product there is nothing from amazon that support the return policy by the sealer and this is on the sealer product (Customer Service: Only compatible for Samsung z Fold 3 case. We offer 24 hours professional service, 30 days full refund, 365 days technical support. Outstanding customer service allows you to be worry-free after purchasing). so if this is the return policy of the sealer why don't amazon ask the sealer on there policy or is it a trick from amazon and the sealer to trick the customer so they make more money.

My son had ordered something and we were waiting for Amazon delivery today. We are living in a townhome with strata and a gate with buzzer to open the gate. Amazon delivery called me tonight that I should go at the gate to receive our parcel. I told him there is lots of snow and I can't walk to the gate, asking him to deliver it at our door. I asked him to disconnect the call, then press our buzzer number to open the gate for him. After 10 minutes he called again and said whatever he was trying, no one answered. I said there is nothing wrong with our buzzer, so try again. Finally he pressed our buzzer number and I opened the gate remotely. I opened our unit door a little bit just to see if he is coming to extend my hand and take the package from him. When I saw him, I asked him to give it to me but he throwed our parcel from a distance far from my door and left. He was impolite with very rude behavior. We have been receiving our parcels from Amazon delivery for decades, including the last two years of pandemic, but it was the first time I saw such a rude and dishonest delivery man. I wish I could give Amazon delivery zero.

I’ve been using Amazon now for over 10 years. They are always easy to work with and accommodating with any situation. Whenever I have an item to order no matter what it is I know I can count on Amazon. I have accounts in both the us and in ca.

Useless from start to finish ordered two books on the 12th Dec as Christmas presents.Out for delivery 21st but then told lost in transit! Reordered and once again updated out for delivery 28th to get another update not going to be delivered until 2nd Jan. Most dissatisfied and no apology or offer of compensation . It seems different help line operators tell you a different story. Sadly had to cancel as couldn't trust Amazon to deliver 3rd time. If you can purchase elsewhere avoid the hassle of constantly having to chase up the delivery only to find the information totally misleading.

Great delivery service. also had an experience with returning an item and I was satisfied with the customer service. my husband is upgrading our house railing and he found what he wanted in Amazon for a very fair price than somewhere else.

Delivery drivers or, drone operators continuously left our packages out in the element when they could be placed at the fro t door where there is a covered canopy. Week of december29thwe received ed 2 shipments at zip code L5V1J1 and both were left in the elements by the garage which got co ered in snow on December 23rd and rain soaked package on December 21, 2021. If these deliveries are done by a driver give it a zero performance, if they were done by drone delivery I rather shop at HD or CT where my shipments are dropped in a safe area... my front door under the canopy.

I have had 3 orders in the last 2 months not arriving. 2 of them were “lost” at the delivery service facility and the 3rd shows no tracking at all, except for shipped by vendor. You need to do better Amazon.

Have received far too many damaged items and sick of printing labels and going back to the post office.... They don't seem to care about damaging your items during shipping.

Usually great delivery service. My package today was delivered by an idiot who can’t read and left it next door at a different number house. I didn’t know until I saw package delivered. Look for service and now no help from Amazon online except to call someone who doesn’t speak good English and no understanding of the problem. Trying to leave a rating, doesn’t work. Zero stars applicable.

Too many orders packed incorrectly. Too many items show up damaged. Sure they have replacements but how many times do I have to drive back and forth to the post office, wait additional time to receive items (sometimes also showing up damaged), and dealing with lowball partial refunds for damaged goods and wasted time? I'm over it.

I didn't receive my parcel, but on my account it claims that it was delivered on Monday 27/2021 .This is very upsetting since it was special items to be received as gifts by December 2ed. Amazon service guaranteed that it will be delivered by December 2ed. Today, I spent with the Amazon customer service almost an hour on the phone with the only thing that was done it is just a refund. When I asked about the compensation the offer was $5 Amazon credit, maximum $20 that I am not able to use since the products that I need do not fullfiled by Amazon. Thus, only disappointings not only about the parcel that I didn't receive ,but also about the Amazon customer service that doesn't care about customers at all:((((

Very Disappointed.... Bought a couple of things from Amazone for Christmas. Somehow we end up ordering one of the Nintendo games twice. Try to return to Amazone and find out now they charge shipping for returns. It's better to go back to the original shopping way and buy stuff there. At least not have to worry about losing money in returns. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Amazon is great. The delivery is terrible. Haven't got one package that I ordered a week ago, ASL is useless. I talked to them. She says she can see my parcels but they are on hold. Amazon says they will give me a refund. If I wanted a refund, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. C'mon AMAZON get with the program.
