Amazon your service SUCKS. Prime membership is a joke and just a money making racket, a load of B.S I have had an ongoing argument with Amazon about next day delivery and not carrying through on their promise but this seems to fall on deaf ears. This is false advertising. If you can't follow through you should not offer prime.

horrible customer service! ordered a sink and recieved a damaged cabinet! cabinet very heavy and had to hire two guys to take to ups as we are an hour away from one amazon would do nothing for us and also would not honor the original price we bought the sink for as the price went up! on phone over three hours with "managers" three of whom hung up on me after stating there was nothing they could do. all i wanted was to repurchase the sink at the price i ordered it since it was not my fault they sent the wrong product but nope!

How stupid customer service could be!!! Ask for advised if she can help me out, clearly says what is needs to be done if it’s possible(charge payment day for my membership account another day or two), she put me on hold and cancel my membership. Doesn’t help me at all and make it even worse.

Ordered some items never received them called them so many times they took 3 months to process and at the end they said they couldn’t refund me the money because 120 days is past .unbelievable 😳😡you call this customer service or customer ripoff service with no gun needed .

I highly recommend the T h e r e s a c h i n R e co v e r y for their exceptional experience and outstanding service when it comes to the Crypto recovery field. "I am extremely disappointed with Amazon's customer support. I was charged for an item that was never delivered, and despite contacting them multiple times, they refuse to issue a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve the issue is frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expected better service. I will think twice before ordering again if this is how they handle delivery problems."

Amazon Canada is the worst. They have no chat option or email option to send a complaint or inquiry. My packages have been consistently late and their solution is to speak to the delivery company and then not follow-up with me in any way shape or form. The only way you can contact them is to search high and low on their site for a telephone number that is basically hidden. Their service used to be so much better. Amazon Canada you can do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazon is tumbling down the ladder at a fast rate. They constantly fail to provide paying Prime members with the "Prime Services" Not at all the company it was 2 years ago. They can't even refund customers on products and services that they failed to provide. I have yet to receive my purchase yet

I am not impressed how Amazon tried to steal my full credit. I was sent a return label for the return of a product that arrived late. I was assured the refund was being made in full. But yet Amazon tried to reduce my refund by $68 for freight charges. I guess the inconvenience Amazon caused me with a late delivery, reordering the product from a different supplier ( who delivered on time), and having to physically deliver the product to a Canada post location for its return wasn’t enough. I called amazon to discuss this. They made it very inconvenient for me to receive my full credit even though Amazon sent me a notification that they received my return. They still insisted for me to send a photo of the receipt (Canada Post) proving I returned the product. Dahhhh! Why? for what purpose. They already sent me confirmation that they received my product. In my opinion Amazon was hoping I would just say forget it and walk away from the hassle. Amazon cannot be trusted. Always check your credits check your invoices never assume because they are so big that they don’t screw up.

Their customer service has significantly declined! I remember it being much easier to talk or chat with an agent who was helpful in solving my issues. Now, trying to reach someone is like searching for a needle in a haystack. When I finally managed to get in touch with an agent, they were indifferent, didn't listen, and rushed to disconnect the call without offering a fair or reasonable solution.

Amazon Canada is what went wrong. My purchase had an extended return/exchange policy. A-Z department interceded with my case only to deny my return for some lame excuse. Think twice before ordering from Amazon - you may be duped regarding their return policies. Consider shopping elsewhere.

Never buy anything expensive from Amazon because if you had returned it for some reason they will refuse to refund you saying they never received it back even though you have a receipt

I ordered something which cost about $17 shipping to get. To return, Amazon says I have to send it back through Purolator courier and the shipping is going to cost $52. What a joke!!! We should be able to send the package back through Canada Post or a courier of our choice. I have never returned anything that I've purchased from Amazon but I know now, not to ever purchase from Amazon again. What a scam.

Bought a bunch of fishing gear. Thought Amazon was great. Didn't even get to try my new lures out. Thought I would get new line before trying my new lures. Ordered the line and they said it would take five days and would come on Sunday. Sunday came and it said your order will be in today. Sunday around noon I checked and it said your order will be in by 8 PM. Said it was at the Amazon facility so I took my old line off the reel. Then about an hour later they emailed me saying it would now be another 6 days. So now I can't fish all week. Now they say it will come in Saturday and I doubt very much if it will show up as another order that was supposed to come in Sunday, they changed to Tuesday. Well Tuesday is gone by and it's still not here. Amazon LIED to me. I WAS so happy with Amazon. Now I'm done with them. It's my goal now to spread the word about them. When something like this happens they should have to do something to make up for what they did but they won't. Now I have all this new fishing gear I probably won't get to use. Goodbye Amazon, uou suck.

Last night I canceled my amazon prime, today I start receiving tons of calls that Amazon late payments of some with hundreds and some with thousands. Sure all. Calls are scams and I hang up. That means that customer services personnel are using our data and selling it to scammers or Amazon is trying to scam me after cancelling the service. Or they hired scammers within their support teams. Never deal with amazon again it’s not really worth it.

I ordered some stuff and when I was completing my order it said next day delivery. So after I ordered I get an email hours later saying it will not be delivered for 3 days. Save your money people and don't use amazon. Service has gotten really bad. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the last 40 days. Something I really needed the next day. Will buy local now

Bought 2 queen duvet sets cost $235 Item arrived 2 sets of king sheets with Amazon logo all over them. Contacted the seller and Amazon right away. Never ever had the seller contact me. After a week was told to ship the sheets out and send in the receipt. Make sure seller signs for it. Did this and sent in info as asked. Received notification that I had not sent receipt. Called in sent again via email direct to them. Told had to wait another 7 days. Nothing from Amazon after 8 days. I call in again to find out seller said they didn't receive item even though I sent tracking item and made them sign. So that put it on hold again? But Amazon didn't contact me I contacted them or it would have taken longer. A month since the start With shipping close to $300 Seller has sheets back and my money. Wondering if sellers are doing this? Fraud? Amazon dragging their feet? Nice people on the phones but after a month frustrated. Will not be purchasing anything of significant value from Amazon. Just got of the line again very nice person who said wait 48 hours! Bet I will be calling in 48 hours. Will order $20 and under items will NOT be ordering anything over that. Not worth the hassle or time - no protection as they claim A to Z for buyer. Should have stuck with Winners/Home Sense.

Two orders in a row messed up. One could be considered fraud really. Paid $650 for a product and they shipped a $250 product. I'm done with this stupidity. I will shop at a real store from now on. Who pays for my time? Gas and cost to ship back? Simply pathetic.

My neighborhood has enjoyed delivery from Amazon for many years. This all changed when Amazon started shipping our orders with Intelcom. We now do not get anything delivered by Amazon. Two months of complaints from everyone in the area have not gotten any results from Amazon. Why do they ship via a delivery service that sends everything back to Amazon with no intention of delivering the item? I can get deliveries from Walmart, UPS, Fed Ex, Purolator, Canada Post and even from China, but no longer from Amazon. People have come to rely on Amazon when they live in a rural area. Too bad Amazon has gone downhill with crappy customer service. Intelcom must be a scam. They get the item then send it back to Amazon. Why do they continue to accept packages they have no intention of delivering? Amazon is so rich they don't care if they lose customers. Sellers are losing money as everything is lost or returned. Time to stop using Amazon.
