So here is a lesson, they won't allow me to write a bad review about a seller. They also can't reach the seller?! With all this technology and I can't get a missing piece.

Amazon has gotten so bad lately. First, they tell you when to expect your package, then they change the delivery date, tell you it's "delayed" and then to wait to see if you're going to get it. After you wait 4 days and it doesn't show up then you can talk to someone who "might" have a clue about where your package is. If they do manage to deliver it, you can be 100% sure they won't follow your delivery instructions. One driver even told me he never looked at the instructions. I've found my packages thrown over my fence in the back yard, left outside in the elements (when I've provided a place inside for it to be left) and they've even left it down the street at another house (when my street and house number are clearly and largely marked on the front of house.) I'm so done with this company. They don't have and loyalty incentive for me to stay. I'm going back to shopping local. If I could give half a star I would.

Unethical company, we ordered Pergolas yesterday and Amazon blocked our order and account. We called customer service who said they will look into it and reactivate the account. All other items in that order were processed. Soon we saw that our pergola order has been deleted and the price doubled on there site. They blocked us from buying it at their posted price yesterday and today it has doubled!!!! Very unethical and snarky move.

The product from Amazon was fine the delivery service that they use in the cariboo BC Canada is horrendous (dragonfly delivery )and the customer service that said too bad so sad you chose to order from us was shocking

Orders thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and had so products no get delivered and some empty boxes delivered. They promised me my money back got nothing then proceeded to promise gift cards for the money lost $700-900 got nothing. Phoned then numerous times and got no help and was told it was going no further what business treats there customers like this I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone to do the same.

Awful company and uncaring employees. Not sure why they bother with delivery time promises as they NEVER actually arrive in the promise times. Not to mention I watch many of their drivers talking in the phone while driving, won’t even get out for deliveries anymore. They just throw your package in the general direction of your home and speed off.

My review is regarding the drivers. Why are they allowed to talk in the phone while working? They are constantly coming to the building I am in talking in their speaker phone with a friend very loudly. If they aren’t on speaker, they have ear plugs talking. They should be asked to hang up while in the building. These are generally men from India. I’m not sure who they are talking to but it seems they are not able to work alone, they need to be talking or with someone all the time. They should be working not socializing.

Extremely poor customer service!!!! I am trying to place an order for pickup at a locker website is not allowing me to do this! Customer service is telling me I have to wait 24 hours and then look for an e-mail. This is terrible customer service!

Since Amazon fired their delivery drivers about 3 weeks ago and farmed out their shipping their delivery sucks to the point I can't use them anymore. I tried Walmart but they use Uber to deliver and they come as late as 10pm.

I just received an order that took nearly a month, they added an additional item and charged me for it. I have been unable resolve this issue with Amazon in any way. Hence the review. My order still showed quantity of 1 on my end and they charged me for two and will not correct their error. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. This is scary that they can just add to your order and not fix the problem.

Honestly Amazon scams you. I ordered a bed rail for my 7 month old kid but all I got was a mattress instead. I contacted them, said you have sent a wrong item for which i was asked to Drop off the item. Seriously..? a queen mattress..? I asked for a pick up which they denied. Now im stuck with a mattress that i do not need

I have been a prime member for over 5 years but ever since Amazon closed its warehouses in Quebec a few weeks ago due to the union-starters, my deliveries are super slow. They sub contracted very cheap and ultra bad couriers, namely Intelcom, who seem to have taken over the entire city of Montreal! What used to take 48 hours or less to arrive, now average 4 to 6 days. And they had the audacity to increase my membership last year! Basically I’m paying over $100 per year for prime video-really??! And have you tried to contact a customer service agent lately? Good luck with that. They make it impossible for you to complain. But they’re quick to take your money. I think my happy Amazon days are behind me and it’s time to find a new delivery company. Money got to your head Jeff and you simply don’t care about the people that made you rich in the first place

I have been a customer for years. I have Prime and lately my deliveries are not arriving within the one or two day delivery as stated in my Prime membership. It should not take almost a week when I used to get it the next day. It is also coming by Canada Post when it used to be delivered by a courier. I am not happy with this at all. Why am I paying for Prime if I am not getting the service I was promised?

They keep recharging me months later for items I returned and was refunded and have no reasons given. Even when I ask they will not say why. I even have had to fill out forms and wait for investigations. I shop and spend many thousands yearly ! Absolutely no support and no loyalty. Support is so hard to get too as well.

I have been an Amazon Prime member for many years and have always been a loyal customer. Living in Montreal, Quebec, I purchase nearly everything from Amazon and have always spoken highly of its service. Until recently, I never had a complaint. However, everything has changed in the past six weeks. I understand that Amazon has closed its delivery centers in Quebec, and the third-party delivery service now being used (Intelcom) is simply terrible. Every single order is either delayed by 4–5 days—despite showing next-day delivery—or never arrives at all. Instead, I receive a message saying, “Sorry, cannot be delivered, call for a reimbursement.” This is completely unacceptable.

I was promised an extension by multiple Amazon reps while I waited for a reply from the seller. I wanted to give Amazon and the seller the opportunity to solve the issue. I was promised there were notes in my file. I was promised that the calls were recorded. I also rebooked Intelcom for the Pelican bag that was not picked up as scheduled by Amazon. I was told they'd come Sat at 10. Now I'm told Intelcom doesn't pick up on Saturdays. I am told that all of the reps put no notes in my file. I was told that it is against policy to listen to the quality assurance recordings. I can no longer be a customer of Amazon due to all of this cheating. Amazon has changed their treatment of customers and I am now forced to return anything I can and end the business.

Package of Soda Crackers sent by Amazon and picked up yesterday at Canada Post.... with a hole in the box of cookies and another in the bag containing the crackers... it looks like it was made by a rodent.
