It could be better, but it is what it is. I haven't been using it for long.

Think Amazon's good they just need to look into the other delivery companies they got working for them, intelcom or Dragonfly or whatever it is. Packages are not being delivered and delivery instructions are being ignored

Another dumb delivery driver today left my package right in the middle of the driveway so that if I back my car out of the garage I would crush it. Can't these guys step out of their van and walk a few feet to put it to the doorway or to the sides of the driveway? At least not to the middle of the driveway. Last time a guy did this here from Amazon. He dropped it off his window. Didn't even open the door and then when he backed up he cranked his wheel and he drove right over the package and broke the contents inside. I put a big complaint in to Amazon and they couldn't believe the guy did that so they were going to check into it. And here I have another one today. These guys just totally lazy.

Why do the delivery guys..or girls not let you know the parcel is out for delivery and take a picture of your parcel when delivered and send it in an email to you. They used to do that, even if I were home, they would take a pic of me holding the parcel and send it to me in an email.

They used to be good but no longer reliable. When you order they say next day (because I PAID for Prime!) but it's anyone's guess if that will actually happen.

For certain orders I have been happy but last fall I ordered a number of dresses from China and I still haven't received a refund for 4 dresses. I paid in full for 2 dresses I kept so what happened to the money of the dresses I returned??? I did what was expected of me when the items were returned, NOW IT'S TIME TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

Amazon has been getting worse. Customer service is hard to find then when you can talk to someone they can't seem to help you. I had to reach out to a manufacturer for warranty, they sent me a replacement (wrong address) through amazon truck. I tried to contact them to update the address, no one can help me. It's absolutely ridiculous.

It's fine as long as all goes well but it's virtually impossible to get in touch with them if you need customer service BEFORE you've placed an order. None of the 'help' links work, they just take you in circles and you can't find a phone number, email address or chat button to save your life.

I am extremely frustrated with their policy which, even though it clearly states the undelivered package is damaged and returning to Amazon, they refuse to issue the refund now, making me wait for no reason at all, forcing me to call them again. I just want to get a refund and then to reorder. It's ridiculous, senseless. And extremely annoying.

So far I’m fairly happy with Amazon.ca, but recently their delivery drivers have been sub-par, and I can’t leave direct (i.e. private) feedback unless I get the app. Previous deliveries have been on time and seamless, but the last 2-3 weeks, drivers leave packages at the garage door without texting about it. Just now, a neighbor sent a group text to say an amazon truck was blocking 4 garages. I went down to see if was my package & tell him the front doors were on the street. He ignored me, said he was delivering to “1-9”, & just handed me the package without knowing if I was the recipient, since there’s no number on the garage. So some packages go missing because they’re getting handed off to the wrong people. I would have given this feedback privately if Amazon.ca had made it easy in my account.

Why are we paying for prime when items aren't delivered as specified. Big rip off

They keep telling me my package will be here today but everytime I look it still keeps saying “shipped” an not “out for delivery” so why the hell say it’s coming if it’s not I waited all day for my diamond art to come so me an my neice could do it before her mother picked her up an she was disappointed when I had to tell her that they still haven’t got it out for delivery yet it’s still saying delivered today when it’s clearly not

I love ordering from amazon it's great. I wish there were more delivery options. I get deliveries at work and there's no option for when the office closes for lunch hour. And yes there's a spot for detailed instructions but its not always looked at or followed. Once my ordered was returned because I wasn't able to be there during lunch to receive the order and I couldn't get someone to stay in during lunch hour to receive it. I can't always get someone to help me out, and I'm not always available during lunch, sometimes sure it's no big deal I'm having a working lunch anyway. Because the returned item was deemed undeliverable I had to get a refund and reorder. I didn't have many days before that project was to be done and had to wait for it to be resent to me, and my refund for it took 2 n half days, not made of money here

I have loved Amazon for years. It’s been my go-to source for almost everything I buy. One reason was the free, easy returns. Now they’re charging 6-9 dollars for returns. Now, if I’m not positive the item is the right thing, I’ll try to get it at Costco or Walmart, where returns are still free.

I liked Amazon only because their return policy was convenient, except when you buy from third party sellers. It was easy because they had Canada post, UPS & Purolator. Now it is only Purolator and they do not have outlets in most neighborhood. It is really difficult when you have restrictions, like not having a car, or not within the walking distance etc. They should have at least two Carriers to return their items. Amazon will loose as lot of business due to this

I've purchase hundreds of items from Amazon.ca. Their retailing practice, return policy, etc. is excellent. However, their delivery guys have made so many mistakes since the beginning it's not even funny - parcels were dropped off at the wrong address, called somebody else's telephone number and left the parcel with the wrong person; etc. Yesterday they dropped off my package, while the concierge was unavailable, with a label taped over my name and address. My concierge had to very carefully peeled it off to find out who the recipient was. I know delivery staff don't need high intelligence for their job, but this is definitely not acceptable from a human being.

I love Amazon.ca BUT my issue is that they need to start taking stuff to a post office considering there is more theft with covid and Christmas coming. We have so many dumb asses that Jack packages that I had to call Amazon to get them to resend . It is annoying and sad. Now I question how can I order stuff if the package is literally in front of door I work all day to come home to a jacked package 📦. Amazon please rethink your delivery service PLEASE!

I was very disappointed with my last order, i had to order the same things 3 times in order to receive it. The first time it was saying it was late then it was being returned to sellers as per customer service, then re-ordered again then again items were late and never came and then third time they told me to cancel that order and for me re-order which i had ordered the same and added a couple of other things, then again it showed as coming in late when i called and spoke to Logistics they told me that the address had to look up name on directory which i had the address plus that and the way she was talking it was like there was no address. So she said if it doesn't come the next day to call i looked up and it said i will get it in the next 2 days. I called when they told me to verify my address some how there system had another address which i had ordered for before and was wrong information so i don't know from one day to the other wrong information was in there system. Another thing i notice is i order 4 Fabreeze size was 3" x 4" and they put all of them in separate boxes which the size of the boxes were big enough to fit a 3 toasters in them, what a waste. and i noticed today the items that i got the same size box was sent which was double the size and one of my corelle bowls i orders was smashed to pieces which looked like it was intentional. i just want to say i am a prime member order allot of things the past years and was very disappointed lately.

I'm getting really fed up with the fact that Amazon will offer next day delivery, a nine times out of 10 it doesn't show up till two days later. The issue isn't Amazon itself it's the carrier that uses which is intelcom. I'm at the point where I'm going to cancel my Amazon account
