Service was pathetic. There was an offer on the day I purchased but the customer service representative at helpline is looking at current offers and telling me that the offer isn't there. At last they resorted to asking me a screen shot of offers which were available. This is what level Amazon India has reached to. Pathetic service. Never to trust this Amazon India anymore. I have heard and also read the reviews of other customers on pathetic product support that Amazon India offers to its customers. This reviews are there on their own website by confirmed purchases. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON INDIA.

If I can give 0 stars I would! The worst service I have come across. It is a SCAM. Ugh! I had ordered 20 mattresses for a church as Part of charity and only 1 was delivered. Customers only has protection for 10 days, what the hell! They can do anything after the 10 days. SCAM!!! No customer protection, what the hell are we paying an annual fee for?? Ugh! Never again!! Worthless service!

Worst servide of Amazon.in. My package of new mobile phone worth Rs 17k was not delivered as it was asked to be cancelled when called for delivery by my family member due to confusion with another order, but order status was updated as Delivered. when I contacted amazon.in they said since order status says delivered they cant refund money and they didnt even provide the contact details of the delivery agent. I havent seen such a worst customer care experience. It was my last shopping experience. This is 2nd such experience with them in 2 years. How can someone like them be such an irresponsible to their customer.

Pathetic service- placed and order, electronic product came without power cord. Raised a replacement, which never got delivered, while Amazon system shows delivered. 10 days money is stuck with Amazon for no reason. Customer care only reads script- nothing they do to fix..they just keep apologising

Amazon is a big fraud. Looting the money and pointing out their sellers and when I contacted seller, seller witnesed that amazon is not paying them, when it comes to refund concerns. I said to amazon agents that I have screenshots of what the seller said but no one interested to take cause amazon didn't pay the seller. I have escalated this issue with 6 agents on call. I have been waiting for 45 days for my refund but amazon agents giving fake emails about refund and giving false information. Agents are not having appropriate information each and other agent is guiding me in a wrong path. Still the refund has not received. Dear readers do not shop through Amazon

Ordered 6 portable hotspots with value 27,000 INR. Received 2 dongles and an HDMI cable estimated value 3,000 INR. Applied for return. Return cancelled. Applied for refund. After some kind of one-sided investigation, refund denied. Was spending 10,000 per month at Amazon. Not a paise will be spent again.

Very irresponsible app in the world I had ever seen. Ordered item on 12 May 2021 but I I didn't get it till 3 September 2021. I called customer care 2 times and sent emails. No use of these all things. Simply wasting of customer's time and money. I'm unaware how many days I have to wait for that order. Hopeless.

Very poor thing happened with me I ordered electric toothbrush of Agaro and seller was Oral b so feeling good that will receive genuine products but received simple toothbrush of OralB.20Rs instaed of 4000Rs after that I read the reviews for the seller many has faced the same problem stilll Amazon is allowing such a fraud sellers.

I have a very bad experience in amazon shoping.i purchased a us polo men sleeper on 19th july 2021.and i got the delivery on 22nd july and at the same time I tried the sleeper and its fitting was not good so at the same time i applied for return pickup.then next day when the deleivery boy came to pikup the product he demanded a box whereas the product was delivered to me in polybag only and not in box.so he denied to pikup the same.then i called up amazon customer service they said ok sir we are applying for new return pikup and we have mention that product was received in polybag and ur product will be piked up on 26th july and on 26th the delivery boy came checked the us polo sleeper and return pikedup the same.after 2-3 days i called up amazon customer centre for refund and they said that ur return pikup has been done and u will get the refund in 2-3 days.still i havnt got the refund.3 times in 10 days i called up amazon centre for refund enquiry and they always said that u will get refund in 3-4 days.but i did not get any refund.finally on 8/8/21 when i again called at amazon customer centre they said we will not be able to make ur refund as the deleivery was bad( they said u have returned something else and not us sleeper.i was shocked to hear that.as the pikup boy has checked the product when i handed over to him.and now amazon customer centre is saying that u will not get refund finally after a long dicussion they denied to give me refund as well as no product.so guys i am telling u amazon is a cheat seller.amazon has started cheating and steeling people money.I request u to not puchase from amazon rather purchase it from any other shoping sites which u find safe.

I had a very bad experience!! last month I received wrong sizes for 3 kurtas ordered and when I requested for exchange citing the reason as wrong size received they again sent the wrong sizes in exchange that I returned back and then after few days the returns dept is writing mails to me that I have returned wrong item to them !! So disappointing and ridiculous of you Amazon!! What would I do with S size kurta when my size is XL ?? They are threatening to close my account for some unusual activity in my account !! So today I signed out and deleted this app that is full of liars,sick,blind and hypocrite people !! Not interested in buying anything from people who blame customer for their mistakes and shortcomings!! You people really need and IQ test and eye check up for sure! Goodbye 👋

Latest scam by Amazon/its sellers. I faced this kind of scenario 3 times. In Amazon product catalogue the country of Origin displayed as India. But once the item delivered on the delivered item in description the country of origin will be Made In China. I called up to Amazon customer care and asked about this. They were ready to return the item and they were not able to identify the flaw in their system. May be for some people this scenario not doesn't make sense. But for the people who think about indian economy it might be a point to think. Also i can say confirm that amazon won't check the orders before delivering them.

Amazon didn’t posted my review saying it’s not as per guidelines. I complained their CSR called thrice saying I ordered a product 2 in quantity and received 1 and this wast first instance. Has happened repeatedly with same brand. No Amazon say this should be reported to the seller. My question is I’m TRUSTING AMAZON. For my money and ordering from Amazon WHY SHOULD I TAKE UP WITH THE SELLER ? Why can’t Amazon take up on their delivery channel.

Package shows delivered in their system but we haven’t received it. Tried to contact them but only automated texting available that repeats the same answers over n over. Will we ever get this package? Can their delivery agents be trusted? Why do they mark it as delivered before delivery? Amazon.in needs to scan their delivery agents. Im posting the ph and pin of the agent who is responsible for this. Where is my package?
