“I'm extremely sad that I can't give a 0 or negative rating. Amazon.in just looted me of INR 7000. The 2 gift cards I added of total INR 7000 can't be found in my account. It wasn't used at all and now they're saying they can't find it even after providing all the details of the 2 gift cards. I swear to God the customer service crew doesn't have any brains. They're just there to give standard responses. Might as well save money by firing all these worthless staff and refund my money.”

“One of the Pathetic experience ever had with any online service. Good for Nothing. You are the biggest fraudsters ever met with. You not only wasted time but also money, energy, high blood pressure, more over only doing timepass of us. 4 products purchased in last 2 week non of them matches the site photo. Failed to meet the customers expectations. Never suggest to friends and family to purchase anything even a pin from Amazon. Bad basest, worst worsted, annoying Pathetic.”

“Absolutely horrible. I ordered twice, both items failed to be delivered. Customer service was unable to help. Amazon's site would not let me cancel my orders since "they" showed the products as in transit, which doesn't matter if they NEVER show up. Never again!! Amazon India has proven themselves to have ZERO control over the products that I ordered once they were supposedly shipped. Epic fail!!”

“Yesterday (07 April 2019) although a Sunday being holiday, the consignment was delivered at my door step. I ordered for a D-Link wireless USB Adapter on this 4th by late evening and the very next day the routing info was on track and I could prepare well to be present at home for receiving the goods. Though I had opted COD, their quick service performance prompted me to pay online before the delivery. The Delivery person called me a few hours before reaching home to confirm my presence. H e was very polite and did his job with all simplicity and humbleness that his career deserves. Similar incident was there one year ago when I ordered for some other electronic device for my PC and I could feel the experience. This shows the consistency of the services this world renowned online marketing organization maintains all through their dealings with their customers worldwide. Hats off to the sincere personnel who are behind this reputed institution.”

“The customer service, I have some complains about some buyed things, and the shipment wasn´t ok, so they help me to fix that issue, and anothers shipments came really fast, faster than the time that they said on the product page. so for me Amazon it is working very fine... excellent I think.”
