I have placed order twice for same product.when my order is showing out of delivery. but it's not delivered on time.also customer care people are saying it will be deliver on time.so here is the bad experience with A Amazon India. Also facing very much waiting for delivery.if Amazon promising one day delivery, why they are not capable , because of delivery I am This is 2nd time delivery not meet the delivery.i am very disappointed with Amazon.In feature May it will be headache for me

Never ever buy expensive products from Amazon, Many times these are not original. Sometimes they cancel the order and do not refund money( Especially if the claim is more than a good few thousand

People beware, don’t buy anything other than groceries from Amazon! Bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone and received a S22+. Returned the product as what I received was a better model and costed more than what I paid. Haven’t received the refund even after 4 days. Says the item has not reached the seller. This is an Amazon fulfilled product. Have been talking to the customer service and they kept saying that it would be refunded without any issue. Today spoke to one Mr. Praveen customer service team lead and he tells me that I will get my refund only in 7 to 10 days! It’s not a small amount, over 70k. The price you pay for honesty when you deal with Amazon! You stand to lose for their mistake ( despatching without checking for the correctness of the product)

Unprofessional staff, thugs, fraud company. My ordered products (for which I made advance payment) were not delivered; instead, a different product was provided; despite several calls/emails (with pictures of what was sent and what was expected), no one on the Amazon team is listening. The customer care team shut the call on my face and didn't let me explain my point. Highly disappointed. I hope my message reaches to the top so that they know what their field teams are doing.

A seller named Times Stationers Private Limited is cheating customers with amazon employees. Recently, I ordered a EPSON printer but I received an electric Jar for 22000. Amazon is a fraud platform for fraudsters. Don't trust them. I have filed a complaint in National Consumer Court (Case#3500002) as Amazon is helping me in returning the product which I never ordered for now a person mentally stable would ever pay Rs. 22,000 for an electric Jar.

Its very poor quality product . he replace defective product again and again at the time of refunding he hide the button of refunding due customer not possible to process further its very irrorated

Pathetic delivery service. And this is not from one experience, seven out of 10 experiences I had with their delivery was bad. and this is when I am a Prime customer

I had placed an order of an air cooler on26th April, thereafter on29th april the delivery agent came at wrong location he was denying for doorstep delivery,so I went that location where he was stood,i request him for door step as the product was very heavy weight,then I called to customer for further support,but they also not able solve the issues as well as not that much supportive. It very worst services,which providing by the Amazon,there no any control on delivery agent or their system,now I am very disappointed and cancelling my order For 2nd delivery attempt got an msg on my mobile that they are unable to contact,but I didn't receive any phonecall or msg

Amazon is Getting Fraud Nowadays.. Please be make sure that, you make unboxing video after receiving any product. Because if they sent you wrong product and you return back then it will be in seller's favour. I ordered crocs slipper(3000 rs) and they sent me Aqualite (300 rs). I have called many times to cc service but they are in seller's favour. And at last they kept my slipper as well as 3000 rs with them. I lost my slipper as well as 3000 to Amazon. This is reason behind uninstalling amazon

worst , pathetic , ethicsless and what not. Lures customers with fake offers , and fails everytime to meet the given commitments. Customer service is a joke at amazon. I have plenty of experiences with amazon and yeah , its my fate that im a prime member. plenty of instances where customers concerns are on toss. this is just a third grade company and its commission centric company. somany instances 1. refusing the home delivery. 2. when i tried with pick up point option , has to visit the pick up point multiple times for a single delivery. 3. posting fake offers with unreasonable conditions , that would be hardly found on the conditions page. there are somany such things.

Day by day you going down, and noe you started frauds also. I ordered some ittms for me, but there wre are issues with items, that’s the reason to replace that and get item which i need but amazon said that there are no another size available near saller, so have to return items and get your refund. In that case I applied for refund. When i got my refund I ordered again my items worth Rs. 1400, but at the sane time egen my order booked and as I made my payment for this transaction, my account was gone on hold. I can’t login to my account and track my order. Amazon said my order will deliver to my or you get refund. But non of these happen. Amazon miss guiding me from last one week. And now I have to take legal action against amazon with the transaction I made with amazon.

Amazon India is not accepting international credit cards and is not forthcoming about it. I have been hearing that it is a technical issue that is being resolved for last month or so . If they can't accept international cards like Visa/Mastercard please say so clearly. don't beat around the bush It did work well for last few years but something seems to have gone wrong since the Visa/Mastercard RBI Controversy.

I was one of those regular and loyal customers of Amazon. But recently services of Amazon has become pathetic The delivery executives are so hopeless that they mark it as delivered without even delivering. And some times they don't even read the address. Deliver to someone else and mark it as delivered. Customer service also has become pathetic. Earlier Amazon used to sort out the issues immediately These days they also do not do anything about their service. It's probably time to switch to Flipkart

I have placed order with amazon and altogether 6 items get cancelled one by one. They are saying item damaged. I don't understand how order dress can be damaged. Birthday plan got spoiled.

Stop asking for otp during delivery... Nobody cares abt low price delivery so much to give otp and receive it.. It's really bugging me so much that i think twice before ordering on Amazon.
