“I have always had great experience with Amazon except this time. Can't return a large package. Every time Amazon sends a dude on motorcycle instead of truck. It has happened 5 times now!!! It was a gift for someone and it's so embarrassing to ask them to stay home entire day. Can't believe amazon can deliver a large package fine, but doesn't have a way for me to return it. I can understand a mistake once but 5 times?? And still waiting and hoping they will pick up return, and refund.”

“Despite having been a customer of Amazon over 9 years, Amazon keeps sending verification messages. And SMS does not arrive. I cannot approve the notification and hence locked out. Cannot login from a PC or Mobile. Till a day before, I could at least login from App. That time, company sent notification of approval on app, not mobile. And app login approval notification was sent on mobile. At that time, I discussed with executives at a length. Today, I can sign in neither from PC nor mobile.”

“Big no no for Amazon India. Their customer service is terrible. They delivered wrong product. Once I returned it, they didn’t give me refund and stated I need to return original product. How can I return original product if you sent me the wrong product. Please people stop buying from Amazon India. I don’t think Amazon care about their reviews or they have interest to improve their service.”

“I recently ordered 6 Room heater through Amazon India. Out of 6, only 1 room heater was delivered and that too without manufacturer's box. I raised complaint on this delivery issue. I was told that the investigation will be done on it. After a week when I enquired, I was told that the items were delivered as requested and they can not do anything on it. But 5 items were missed in the delivery. I tried to contact customer support multiple times, my issue was not addressed properly. Without even providing proper answer they disconnect the call telling that that is the max they can do on this order. I think they have been trained this way if any delivery issue happens. I found that Amazon India did not bother if any delivery issue happens on the items ordered. In my case I am not sure whether my order was not handled properly at their Warehouse or it was mishandled during the delivery transit. I was under impression that Amazon India will take the full responsibility till the ordered Items are delivered to the destination address. But Amazon India is not bothered to take any responsibility on the missed delivery. I have been making lot of purchase via Amazon India with the hope that it is secured, and the delivery will be handled properly. I am also an Amazon Prime member. All my previous orders were delivered properly. I realized that if any issue happens on the delivery, Amazon India will not bother to handle it for us. After his purchase I am totally disappointed with the irresponsible customer service provided by Amazon India. Hence forth I decided not to purchase any items through Amazon India. Be careful while making purchase via Amazon India. They dont bother to address our delivery issues if something goes wrong in the transit. Stay away from Amazon India.”

“I ordered 3 products from this amazon, i received only 2 products except sand disk pendrive for Rs. 2229. They told me to wait 5 days for investigation and approval until 13th oct 2022. And now they telling we cannot help on this. What is means amazon where is my product and When i called specialist he hanged up the call and lost my money. I have video proof but no use, i will never go to amazon again. I'm dam sure there is no use to give review here, indian people will aware of this garbage service, people please buy offline if product is more cost, there is no guarantee here bze i lost my money too”

“Don’t buy from Amazon india delivery is worst everything Amazon india from product quality to items delivered is at it’s worth it’s like on snails pace and in the end you end up not receiving the product quality is low being a international company I’m disappointed in the products and delivery service don’t buy from them save your self a hassle”

“I am American citizen living in New York area for the last 35 years. I am a big shopping customer in USA For Amazon, whole foods. Always very positive about their services, never complained. I visit every year India during winter seasons. Use a lot Amazon India, during my stay. Two days ago my wife ordered under garments, unfortunately because of confusion,she ordered wrong size. Even before opening the inside package, she realised that it's wrong size. Yesterday evening I contacted customer service , the lady refuses to talk to me in English. I explained the situation of size issue. She flatly said this cannot be returned or exchanged. I wonder, what kind of services Amazon India is doing in India. It's not the money, simple courtesy I expected from a global online commerce giant. This is very shameful to me being an American citizen that an American corporation is doing these types of business doing in India. I am going to write further in various social media on my return to NYC.”

“Amazon is one of the worst shopping site. Fake they don't pay anything refund after taking the return products. Many times I faced it. Faking customers. Please don't waste your hard earned money. I called 50 times for 299/- refund. They sending fake cheque in some name but no money cleared. Please note they are closing Amazon.”

“worst service ,ordered a washing machine ,delivery agent was so rude,not delivering the product ,amazon not cancelling the order, escalated three times ,contacted customer care thrice ,no solution ,looks like amount lost ,even i was a prime member,my suggestion is that dont buy prime membership or any products through amazon ,you may lose money”

“I had ordered from amazon music system and it was delivered but only problem is the delivery person took extra 1000 rs from us even after knowing the cost and did not return back the money and when confronted he denied it saying i had given the correct amount. “Lately, Amazon India has been very very very bad. Close to terrible. I didn't say much when the delivery chaps would fling the parcel down ( two of them , not all ) , or leave the gate open and not close it. I wouldn't bother if Amazon prime tv was hopeless. Continued to pay for a year. This year I decided to not continue with prime. And I've had to pay dearly One item that was ordered on the 27 th of October never arrived, cancelling it was an issue. Most reps are terrible. Now and then you'll get a good one. And now another item is late. They claim it'll come on the 19th of Nov, that's almost a month. For this kind of service, think it's best to move to another online service provider. Well Amazon it was fun while it lasted. It's not me, it's you. Avoid Amazon India if you want quick seamless delivery.”

“Worst services guys don't trust this people, Two incident once I purchased juice jar it was not meeting quality parameter so I placed for return no one called nor the order was picked up. Recently I bought a product which was delivered Nov 2 , got delivered with in 2 to 3 days now when I returned because of the small size, we are on 10th still not picked up . My question his when a product can be delivered with 2 to 3 days. Why can't it get picked with same timeline. When called customer care they are saying it will get picked on 12th Nov. Stop trusting this people and look out with other services who are better.”

After multiple times calling them, they say we will contact seller and after 5 days we will process refund. “New Type of fraud by Amazon, wrong commitment on mail . Product return on 16th Oct 2022. But return not got . I call on 1-11-2022. and again return initiated by Amazon staff Mr Robin.return should be received till 6th Nov 2022 before 11.59 pm. But still not received. Again I called to customer care they told that refund was not initiated by Amazon. Today your refund stared and you will receive within 3 to 5 working days. Think they people just misguided me since 1 month.”
