Amazon service is the worst They will people doesn’t return your refund I ordered something then I put a return request however it shows my credit on app but the closed COD option for me I don’t feel safe putting my credit details However no help and they took my credit

his review is based 7477615119..on a few years of experience with Amazon India as a Prime member. Cons: Following recent policy changes are discouraging. a) If a seller is following unfair practice, for example, offering cashback for 5 star reviews, Amazon doesn't allow us to comment the fact on product page, they ask us to give the review on the seller page. But then, product rating shown to prospective buyers on the product page is a fraud. b) Returns policy is changing adversely. Even though replacement is allowed in a product page, when replacement is requested, they say its not allowed unless I prove that product is defective. Pros: a) I find products on Amazon which I don't find elsewhere. b) Prices are competitive and delivery is fast. c) Reviews are generally reliable. d) Returns policy is somewhat okay

I wanted to surprise my mother with a Mother’s Day gift from Kama Ayurveda and decided to use Amazon for the delivery. This was the worst decision I made, the box was opened when it reached her and the condition of the product was “pathetic” in my mother’s words. What kind of customer service does Amazon provide. I am very disappointed and will post a review wherever possible and not recommend Amazon to anyone. I wasted my money and also this product was not used by my mother as I asked her not to if it was an open product. Thank u AMAZON for the most pathetic service

You get only 7 days for replacing the product if its faulty. Better to buy the product in a store as claiming warranty is much easier Amazon was not helpful as i found the product was faulty on the 8th day they refused to help me out in this situation. I pleaded help as the phone was purchased for my parents, during the COVID it's risky for them to go to store to get it checked but they haven't had any empathy in this regard. Hence kindly request to read the warranty refunds and replacement instructions before purchasing any products on this double standard amazon platform.

I have bought a fair few things on Amazon over the last four months. Some things have been great and the service has been prompt. I have had a few bad experiences where the product delivered is simply not what was advertised or ordered. And it looks like they turn a blind eye to sellers selling knockoffs of big international brands. I received a Braun charger that is so clearly a knockoff. The seller called me after it was shipped and was reported on the Amazon site as being out for delivery to say they had sent me a black charger but otherwise it was all the same. What I received was a bulky badly made charger that simply does not look like the charger for the epilator I own. It’s not even the same product. I don’t feel like this is an ethical site to shop and will be looking elsewhere in the future for my online shopping needs.

So many incomplete or broken packages. Amazon is just busy selling. Not bothered about quality of products and service. Any professional company always has a TOLL FREE number. They dont. Just think why ? Because they are not bothered about losing a few customers !!

I got wrong item, pampers in clear plastic cover 25 pcs instead of 72 XL pampers. I tried to return but they are not responding correctly.

I ordered a portable blender with 6 blades. It was horrible that i didn't received same product as shown in the picture. Blades, capacity, quality was different and substandard. Even it was the Chinese product with broken charging point. Product was completely of no use. I was not able to use it for once even. Requested refund.

Amazon.in in worst shopping site with wrong products details summary. Very poor in exchange return. No customers help service, customer care available on mobile site. Only order available. 🤬🤬

I have bought this product refrigerator 192ltr, order no attached . Placed order 6th April expected delivery was 17th April. I have started to follow from 15th with customer care. Today is now 21st order not delivered and customer care is only saying issue escalated no update nothing only say wait 2 business working days, when 2days completed again made call but same answer. These guys haven't any escalation matrix for customers. Where and how or go to legal action last thing I have option.

I am Arindam and I orderd a laptop hp pavilion 2021 on Amazon india. Paid full amount through credit card Rs 79990 and product deliverd me on 8th april. My order no is 171-7207381-6004326. My registered mobile no. is 9910590176 After receiving the order when I open it there is junk laptop inside the box of acer brand. Below I attach the pictures. And I return the product. My product is successfully picked up by Amazon on 9th april and on 10th april product reached at amazon facility. I am waiting for my refund. now amazon to issue my refund. I am requesting you not to buy anything from Amazon india

Amazon India, WOW I would give a ZERO or NEGATIVE review is there was a chance. Exactly opposite of AMAZON US customer service. I had terrible experience multiple times, I don't receive full order and when I initiate cancel I don't get refund. I had to spend unlimited time reaching customer service and they say they cannot find my order. Sometimes they give wrong information....I am surprised how you are running your business if not for customers. You can reach out to me and I am fine providing my details to show the proofs.

Ordered a tablet as a birthday gift and amazon screwed it up royally by sending a message on the 12th hour that the product cannot be delivered as it's outside of the serviceable area and is returned (they are messaging after returning the product even without letting me know). Mind you I have ordered multiple products from amazon to the same location. This time they took a decision unanimously to return the product even without consulting me. At least if they had contacted me I would have collected it myself. such was the significance of the gift. I didn't get the product on one side and now they are not even ready to compensate for the charges taken by my bank for this transaction. In short I am paying the money for something which I didn't get. How is that for a joke! The sorry part is no one in the customer care is willing to offer a solution and they are simply washing their hands by saying "sorry". I have been using amazon in multiple countries but have never faced such pathetic service. Surely it's the management style in India that is the root cause. Jeff Bezos, the founder says the company's focus is on the customer rather than on the competition. I beg to differ that in the case of Amazon India.
