Worst experience Guys guys guys ! Do not buy anything from Amazon they are especially seller are making you fool by sending fake item .what actually the doing is to put fake products inside the orginal package for the company u have ordered .I'm surprised to see my product OMG ..don't buy any product guys ...and if u buy any product which lesser than 1500 in a year they dont even bother not give you the chance of right to complaints about seller 😒😒😒😒😒 I have a proof of evidence see pictures.what I received (fake cover ) what I've order (golden sand back cover ) and what Amazon India says

Amazon is just doing fake promises of fast delivery to attract customers. they failed to fulfill their promise and their executives couldn't help you with simple task of locating a package. very disappointing service.

Very bad experience with amazon in this time of lockdown when people are afraid of going out and doing shopping for Rakhis. Rakshabandhan is around, amazon is misusing customer's sentiments. I have ordered twice for Rakhis on Amazon but every time I received incorrect Rakhis. This is not done, we select Rakhis after keeping in mind our emotions and relation with our brothers. This is unacceptable.

Hi Their, Who ever is taking care for this dptmnt.I have always order's many product's from Amazon.Keeping in mind the most trusted e-commerce site.Keeping trust and the mention time I am always Happy.This time the product which i order who's date was 25th July So far not received the order.When i called the customer care on 25th was not got proper information from the Customer care.Today 27th I called again to check on my parcel.I got reply and email Which was not acceptable from Amazon.This made me not to trust on Amazon for any products which they deliver.I am attaching the details for the same.If you sell the products and later you mention its out of stock after the order placed and the deliver time on the day which suppose to be received.Highly not accepted.I need the order or Will not be able purchase any products from you here after.

I ordered one product JBL Tune 500BT Rs.3299/ and same they delivered on 8th June 2020 after 10 days I received my product through security guard as I was travelling due to covid my family was far from my place so I thought I have to see my family than headphone.After 10 days one's I received the product it was sealed and packed. when i opened that product it was completely damage. Same I called to AMAZON they said your return /refund window has been closed for that you need to speak with JBL manufacture.Then I called to JBL manufacture they said we'll not consider damage product for that you have to speak AMAZON.Again I called Amazon team they said they need denial letter from JBL team .Again I called JBL they provide one letter and same I have to amazon team and they said they'll take one week time to get back.After one week no calls from AMAZON and same I called and brief complete story of my product. Everytime I called them they hold me 30 min 45 min.Lastly we can't do it for that only JBL manufacture will do it.I said there was reason I couldn't connect the reason I'll explain you.but still not listen.

Worst policies on Earth most customer friendly company AMAZON.in . If request is raised to replace product under warranty and on delivery the seller again send the replaced product with missing parts like its cable, adapter, original accessories, original box, then Amazon will not provide the missing parts or replaced full product. They will simply initiate refund on the product bought under festive deals and ask to buy new product again by paying the full MRP amount but not the deal price. Which is called Customer exploitation in simple words.

Amazon India customer team is very unsupportive and customer friendly. Return policy and shipment service is very bad. They will not accept return. My personal suggestion always use cash on delivery option other wish ready for wait for refund and you have to followup customer service multiple time.

Difference between the gaints Amazon and Flipkart with Snapdeal: Amazon and flipkart could not deliver almost all of their product to me, while snapdeal could deliver almost all of their product to me!

I just wrote a review about a negative experience with a seller on Amazon and they didn't submit my view. I went onto mention Amazon never resolved the issue either. During COVID19 I bought some containers from a seller who sent me wrong sizes and different lids. The seller never got back to me and Amazon offered me RS30.

I was so disappointed with Amazon India service. I ordered a Mobile with prepaid and waited 10 days. But the item was returned to the seller from the place where the delivery place just before the scheduled delivery date. Spoke to the customer service agent but he wasn’t clarified with his response instead of saying the money will return to you and I can order again. It happened today and I wanting my money back ASAP and will never purchase or recommend amazon India.

I have ordered a mobile from Amazon. But i didn't receive it, delivery boy is not responding to the calls. Customer care number is also not connecting. If you are not able to delivery the product in time just update it in one day before not before 10 minutes.

Pathetic service by amazon, product is not delivered even after delivery and there has been no update on delivery, its has been dispatched from a place 9 days ago but there has been no update where it has been reached and at the end of day they just cancelled the order. Even did not refunded my money.

ADVERTISEMENT DURING COVID-19 SHOWS DELIVERY GUY WEARING PPE KIT THEY DON'T WEAR IT AND I DON'T EXPECT IT BUT why WRONG ADVERTISING. It's absolutely unethical and unececcasary they may give good price good service but wrong doing should never be allowed

When every other online portal is giving delivery in current situation, Amazon is just too scared and has their own theory and philosophy about not delivering. They however are delivering across the road. As if across the road as the pin code changes, so does the corona scare. I feel it is all hype that Amazon has created. I have decided to leave Amazon.

Amazon denied to deliver the product which was already in the Destination Amazon hub from past 6 days. It was a prepaid parcel. I have been contacting the customer care service from the past 6 days, and every Amazon agent gave me the same reply that the parcel will be delivered but it's facing a delay due to the current scenario (Covid-19). They asked me to trust Amazon and assured me that the parcel will be delivered. But after 6 days when I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered I got to see that my parcel has been cancelled by Amazon without even informing me. That is really something disappointing. One thing I would like to add that Amazon must upgrade their customer care services. Because each of them speak different issues. Very Poor service. A high reflection of unprofessionalism. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
