“I never received my order. Got in contact with them and a few days after I received the item. Second time this has happened! I certainly don't trust the delivery guy that's for sure! Often throws my packages into the porch and runs literally!”

“Amazon really needs to knuckle down on sellers that don't sell genuine items. A prestigious company likes it's self really should be cable... I'm guessing they couldn't care less as money is money for them at the end of the day i suppose. However quite annoying when trying to make a purchase to only to find 15 replicas. Decent prices, generally, could be cheaper though considering eBay.”

“I use Amazon regularly and am currently a Prime member with free next day delivery and access to prime video which we use frequently. Parcels arrive promptly and well packaged. If we have a problem with a purchase it is easy to return with Amazon's returns service. Recommended for online shopping”

“Ordered Harry Potter Scrabble via a retailer on Amazon and was told delivery would be by a certain date...the parcel arrive four days early!! This, coupled with emails saying my order had been processed, then order dispatched, made it a smooth and hassle free online purchase.”

“Fast and reliable service giving me great confidence in the delivery service. I'd ordered two Divine Name King James Bibles, both of which arrived earlier than initially indicated. Being able to watch the delivery process as it unfolds, and see the estimated time of delivery, is a nice provision by Amazon. I just wish that those who packed the books didn't have greasy fingers that left the book covers a real mess!”

“je commande régulièrement sur Amazon et je n'ai jamais rencontré de soucis particuliers, une fois je ne pouvais plus avoir ma livraison, j'ai été tout de suite contactée pour trouver un arrangement et très vite remboursée, le personnel entendu au téléphone très à l'écoute, alors peu importe l'entreprise chez qui nous effectuons une commande, Amazon se charge très bien de la gestion de celles-ci, merci”
