“I have purchased many products from them, and due to the high volume of my purchases and the nature of online shopping, things aren't always as expected when they arrive. Their policies are hassle-free and effective. Being able to return unwanted products frequently, without hassle, is a HUGE plus for an online company.”

“I ordered an ultrawide monitor for a good price. My money was taken but three hours later I recieved an email to say my order had been cancelled. The proce on the website went up by 40%. I complained but was told it was a marketplace seller and they would chase on my behalf. I tried several more times after nothing came back but have just been ignored”
