“The items I order are of a good quality. I am pleased with my Paul Hollywood pudding steamer . With it's nonstick coating my puddings came out lovely. My glass nib pens are lovely to write with and are aestheic. Both items are reasonably priced. Thank you.”

“Amazon are still one of the cheapest online retailers around and their review system is top notch. I often visit Amazon first, even if I end up buying elsewhere. I get frustrated though with having to juggle orders to get free postage. It used to be a lot simpler, but since they brought out Amazon Prime you only get free postage when you buy £20 worth of their stuff. For that reason they lose a star. I also get tired of having Amazon Prime shoved down my throat during the whole shopping experience. "Only available on Prime!" "Pay us an extra £80 a year to get free postage!" "Try Prime for free (or click this tiny link to continue...)!" "Are you sure you don't want to try Prime for free?!" and so on, and so on, and so on.”

“The delivery took 5 working days. The bulbs received were well packed. Just that the price for the two bulbs was just under £10, but together with the packing and delivery to the local Amazon collection point the total cost was £15.99. So it would be cheaper if you could find the item from a local retailer shop.”

“Amazon has a very good choice of products and they are mostly well priced. My only criticism would be that it is often difficult to know what delivery charges there are until you go to but the product. It says that there is free delivery but this time turns out to be for Amazon Prime customers only.”

“I've never had problem ordering from Amazon. Only one company is the worst. I bought the FOB key for Toyota Prius, it failed to work after 90 days warranty. Not enough time.”
