“Overall I'm happy. Not so good: One damaged can of Pringels Jalapeño and some products over the "best before" date, some just days before running out. That could be better.”

“Ordered products online, I had to chase up my order because it was over a week so I emailed to ask where it was and was told its processing. When my items arrived I had a note in the box saying 9 were missing refund will be issued. I give a contact number and email address it would have been nice to have had the option of cancelling the whole thing if my items weren't going to arrive, considering delivery isn't actually cheap I got in bulk. Not very happy with the service at all and won't be placing another order of anything. My review is to make things better going forward to those that work in American Soda customer service is a key to good business. This customer is not satisfied and won't buy again rectifying mistakes may indeed save your customers in future”

“Never received my parcel for the delivery company, yet they are still saying it got delivered and signed for by a man, yet the man that was apparently meant to off signed for it, does not live at my address, and no card was left to say I missed my parcel, what do I do now? Thank you.”

“Ich habe vor kurzen bei Ihnen Shampoo bestellt und erhalten. Leider ist einer der Flaschen, während der Zustellung im Paket, aufgegangen und hat alles andere darin kontaminiert. Die Wahre war nicht anständig verpackt. Sie lag einfach lose im Paket. Keine schützende Folie, die verhindert, dass der Inhalt ausläuft, fehlte. Das zweite Paket, mit drei Flaschen Shampoo ist unversehrt bei mir angekommen. Hätte aber auch besser verpackt sein können. Schade!!!”

“This is a great place to get the beloved goodies that you might have encountered during a holiday in USA. I rarely bring home more than a few bars because weight matters and also, I already had some sad melting incidents. So ordering for the very reasonable prices from AS is a great option!”
