“Still haven't received another order in which I paid £6.99 for next day delivery”

“When the package came there was a damaged product. After contacting American Soda they kindly gave me a refund for the damaged product but with the invoice i noticed that another product was not even in the package and realised that they missed that product. Tried getting in contact with them but heard nothing back. Poor serivce”

“I ordered beginning of December. No order confirmation but immediately they charged my credit card. After one week I tried to contact them by the web form, no reply. After 3 days again, no reply. After two weeks I send a e-mail. They ansered, that by delivery will arrive 3 days later. after 5 days, no shipment. So I e-mailed them again, but got an out-of-office ! A couple of days later I got an answer, that my shipemnt is NOW on the way. But it never arrived. So I asked my bank to get back my money. NEVER AGAIN AT THAT SHOP, WORST EXPERINCE EVER!”

“My order was placed on 12th of Dec. The payment was taken from my bank on 16th Dec. Today is 27th Dec & my order has still not been delivered although the advertisement said it would be delivered before Christmas.”

“I ordered something that was in stock that never arrived. I sent a message via the 'contact us' form, and received no reply after nearly a week. So I sent an email and got a reply the next day saying the reason I didn't get the items is that they're out of stock and now I'll be getting a refund for them. Even though they included the item list in the package which had those items on it. A few weeks since the order, I'd still not received a refund. I contacted them a third time and was refunded for the items. Every order seems to have got worse, with missing or incorrect items becoming the norm. I'm forced to try somewhere else now.”

“Not at all impressed! Several items missing from my order. 1 item damaged. I contacted company 3 times, once via PayPal as I've had no response at all! Dreadful service & will be starting a claim via PayPal. I would most definitely not use this company again!”

“I STILL HAVEMT RECIEVED MY ORDER IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 3 weeks. !! I have emailed called several times and no reply I am really unhappy considering I spent a substantial amount !!!!!! Do not buy from this company EVER”

“There website was not working on the evening i placed my order and did not go through.so i ordered again and after receiving my bank statement discovered that they had taken the money twice ,tried and tried to get money refunded and am still waiting ten days later .”

“Absolutely appalled by the service I have experienced. My package containing only 2 out of 12 items I ordered was thrown over my side gate the packaged was open and 10 items were missing. I have emailed the company twice and still had no response. I will never be using this supplier again!”

“i ordered my fritos well in advance of a dinner party i was giving (needed them for frito pies). I received notification that they had shipped and was expecting them any day. Upon arriving home, i received an email from American Soda saying delivery was attempted yet i received no card or notification from the actual shipper. After numerous phone calls, and several days later, I was promised they would be delivered within 24 hours. 48 hours later, NOTHING. I will never order from this company again if they rely on this type of shipping service. But, I still have never received any notification from the courier. My party is tonight, I am still trying to find an alternate.”

“Package never arrived in Dundee, Scotland. I paid Nov. 28. Just learned from shipper Nov 8 that package was damaged and is sitting in their depot. Have sent five (5!!!!) emails to American Soda asking about the package two different ways and I have received NO response. Further, American Soda tracking software hangs up, so I wasn't able to track my package. Phone call to American Soda only got an answering machine. More than frustrated. Prior experience was much better. Now? Prepare to get nothing. I wonder if they will finally answer any of my 7 efforts to get through to these people. More than frustrating. “Package arrived which was mainly all Christmas presents for Christmas hampers to find they had all just been shoved in a box very poorly packaged so all the cans had smashed it to each other and dented looking like they were years old which is too embarrasing to give to someone! And then I also noticed a powder all over everything and realised that the two pancake and waffle mix boxes had split open and gone everywhere! I wrote an email with photos attached to American soda and had no reply! Very poor packaging and very poor customer service would not use again and would not recommend anyone else to use either!”
