“Well, probably not the best time to ask for a review yet. Still waiting for delivery. The first parcel never arrived, was offered a refund or parcel to be resent. Let's see if parcel arrives on Wednesday.”

“After a month our order has not turned up! We were finally given a tracking number and you suggested that we call the delivery company ourselves, as that would be best, but what do you know? apparently customers can't call them directly but are referred back to the online retailer. From the tracking number we can see that the parcel has now been returned to you. We have sent emails back and forth now with you and don't really care for more apologies - we just want what we paid for. You did offer to return our money, but as we paid in DKK kroner, that would end costing us the currency exchange fee (twice). Very unsatisfied! :-(”

“Didn't even get my order , noting arrived to my house. I contacted them and no reply. Countless emails and still no reply I even called them and no answer. I ordered my items at least 3 weeks ago. Overall communication is terrible. Funny enough they were communicating with me well until the money left my account.”
