“I ordered something that was in stock that never arrived. I sent a message via the 'contact us' form, and received no reply after nearly a week. So I sent an email and got a reply the next day saying the reason I didn't get the items is that they're out of stock and now I'll be getting a refund for them. Even though they included the item list in the package which had those items on it. A few weeks since the order, I'd still not received a refund. I contacted them a third time and was refunded for the items. Every order seems to have got worse, with missing or incorrect items becoming the norm. I'm forced to try somewhere else now.”

“Unfortunately some of my original order was damaged in transit. However, following an email and picture evidence showing the damaged goods, I was immediately given an apology and offered the choice of a refund or express replacement of the damaged items. All received in perfect condition within 24 hours. Great service!!”

“Not at all impressed! Several items missing from my order. 1 item damaged. I contacted company 3 times, once via PayPal as I've had no response at all! Dreadful service & will be starting a claim via PayPal. I would most definitely not use this company again!”

“There was a slight mix up with the order but after 10 days my order arrived and the items were great. People say America can't make chocolate like Britain but I have to disagree. Will be ordering again next year”

“CHEETOS SNACKS WERE PERFECT. STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO GET PEANUT BUTTER AND CHEESE CRACKERS. TRIED ORDERING THROUGH AMAZON BUT ALTHOUGH I ORDERED THEM, KEEBLERS PEANUT BUTTER AND CHEESE CRACKERS, A MESSAGE CAME UP THEY CANT BE MAILED TO THE UK YET EVERY AMERICAN BASE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EUROPE SELLS THEM THROUGH THEIR COMMISARIES. PLEASE TRY AGAIN TO GET THEM AND TRY GETTING LAYS POTATO CHIPS....KEEBLERS PEANUT BUTTER AND CHEESE CRACKERS AND LAYS POTATO CHIPS.... I WILL THEN BE A HAPPY CAMPER FOREVER... YES YES YES.”
