“Placed an order for next day delivery on the Friday, before the 3pm deadline stated on the product page, but it didn't arrive until Monday. I asked for the measly £2 difference in delivery charges to be refunded, and they just kept arguing that the terms for Friday next day state items will arrive on Monday. At this point, I don't care what the terms say, I'm really just disappointed at the petulant responses I keep getting via email. Looking at their Facebook, I'm not the only one who's had trouble with their 'customer service'; save yourself the headache and buy through Amazon.”

“Absolutely appalled with the service. Placed my order on a Wednesday evening for next day delivery to be received on Friday. Did not receive my order until the following Monday. I can’t comprehend why there was such a delay in a next day delivery service. I’m content my order wasn’t even processed in time for couriers to ensure delivery as expected. Shall not be using their services again.”

“I have a severley autistic son of 8 who has a bad sensation issue with food, he only eats dry cereal in small amounts of 20 pcs a day and 2 - 20 teaspoons of rolo dessert at the moment. We could not get hold of froot loops here in England any more and that was one of the cereals he ate. I thought I would try him with something else too Cinnabon so I ordered one box, when I went back they were out of stock. The team at American Soda were great, they went looking for boxes of Cinnabon because I found out my son liked them. Normally it takes ages for him to try something and he really took to these. Thank you American Soda team for caring. X”
