“Unfortunately, i have made two orders in the last two weeks, and both have appeared to have gone wrong. After the first order i made, i was told promptly that all my items had been shipped, but i only received one of those items. I emailed to see what had happened, and i was told the other items were out of stock. I would not have known this if i hadn't emailed to follow it up, also the items still appeared as "in stock" on the website. I feel this has happened again on my order i placed last week, as i was told they were all shipped around 5 days ago and havent received them yet. I didnt want to have to complain as i have made many orders over the past years, and have never ever had any problems before and have received items very swiftly every other time.”

“I found a that some of my local shops sold the same products cheaper and larger plus the pop tarts was broke into small peaces”

“I ordered several items, crisps, sauces etc.. 3 of 7 packets of crisps were out of date and 2 of the in date packets had popped due to not enough bubble packaging (the sauces flattened them!) Are you guys aware that it is illegal to sell out of date good without informing the customer????? Very dissapointed as I had browsed the site many times and waited until they had the items I wanted back in stock. There's many other websites that sell this sort of stuff and actually bother to pack it properly. Be warned.....”

“I ordered Hostess Twinkies and was very disppointed in the quality. They tasted quite stale. I could not see a proper sell by date on the box, but these were past it. I really like this product but am reluctant to buy it from American Soda if they do not deliver fresh Merchandise.”

“I ordered a few thing & they where good....But I ordered also "Egg Nog" & was very dissapointed.....it tasted like Vanilla Milk, many years ago I tasted "Egg Nog" a few times & I fell in love with it.......but the one I ordered this time (&it was to much to pay for it) it was very very dissapointing of the taste. My apology that Im writing u this, but u asked lol otherwise everything elese I orderes was good”

“Firstly, a pack of the Lucky Charmes I've received was crumbled, that is sad cause it was bought as a present and now I'll need to apologise for that. Secondly, I've received only 8 pop rocks, although I've ordered Pop Rocks Poppin' Pack, which should consist of 9! Thirdly, I' ve had to choose all the items three times, cause when I chose sofort überweisung as payment method, there was an error and my cart went empty! Very demotivating!!”

“Sorry, there was no feedback after the purchase, if you had recieved it or not. I Had payed via Paypal and the Biscuit Mix was not in the Box. There was no hint, why the delivery was incomplete. Last week there was a Mail to give a feedback for the Biscuit Mix.... not funny - so not normal or good.”

“Items were great I assume at some point But the packaging of them left a lot to be desired!!! The items were squashed in a too small box so many of the items arrived squashed and broken!!! Would question using American soda again!!!!”

“I have yet to receive my order. I have checked the tracking and cannot find my order anywhere. I emailed on Friday night with the details. I appreciate that the email was sent in the evening and therefore it may not yet have been read so have copied it below for you. I have not experienced this problem with previous orders so am disappointed this time. Re Order #400084833 I placed this order on 6/12/15. On 8/12/15 I recieved an email to say it had been shipped. The order hasn't arrived yet. I have tried to track the order, using both the order numnber and the tracking number supplied, on all the delivery companies listed but all of them state that they have no record of the order? Please could you look into this and inform me as to what the current situation is with the order? Thank you Anne Brown”

“I have rated it poor as too many items are out of stock. If you want two particular items and one is out of stock then you have to potentially make two separate orders. Or you can return a few days later to find that it is back in stock but the other item is now out of stock.”

Unfortunately, that's how popular things are and we can't always get supply - plus it takes 3-6 weeks to arrive! We are working hard on this though, rest assured.
