“American Tall's products have generally been good. However, I was not happy with the customer service I received a couple of weeks ago before I went on vacation. I purchased 3 pairs of shorts - two of them were the same, but different colours. One of those two didn't fit - they are too tight. I called to ask if I could return them for a credit. In an online chat with your rep, I was told that since they are on sale, there is a one inch leeway allowance in the waist size and that I'd have to get out a tape measure and take another photo to prove what I said. I was only asking for a credit, not a refund so I didn't think it was reasonable or worth my time after already sending a photo and explaining all of this. Since it's only $35, I was going to forget about it, but since you sent me this review page, I thought I'd respond for you to take for what it's worth. I don't think this was handled properly. I realize you have no return policies on returns, but I think a little discretion could have been used. I've purchased several shorts in a 36 waist and never had a problem before. My word on that should have been good enough. I expalined I was happy to keep the other sale priced pair (that was the same product) as well as the $80 pair I had purchased. Thanks Peter Winkler”

“I was so happy to find this site! I bought the pants for my granddaughter who is 5’10” and all legs! She is in college and has always had a problem finding pants long enough. She was so excited about these joggers, said she can finally pull them up on her waist where they belong and they are the perfect length! We will be buying more!”
“I wanted to love these, but the waist was too high and the waist gapped very badly in the back for me. I don't have to buy curvy fit pants/jeans for the brands I do buy. These just did not fit me at all, maybe when I was 19 and my shape was more straight up and down and I was very skinny. Points for being a Tall size retailer, and the fabric and idea of these pants get another point. Loved the idea of these, was excited to try this Tall resource, but the fit is just too far off for me.”

“I have made several puchases from American Tall and I find their clothing quality better than most so I feel I'm getting a decent product for a decent price. I have to be careful about my size selection because, depending on the garment (shirt, cost, pants, etc) I'm either a XLT or an LT. Their return policies are fair so that's never been an issue. Recommended!”
“Sizes are frustrating and not consistent. This is the 2nd pair of pants (jeans) I bought where the wsist is way smaller in comparison to the rest of the pants and how they fit. And then you have to pay to ship them back. The leggings and wide leg yoga pants are great. Love the length in the pants.”
