“I was very disappointed in my first purchase. I am tall and I consider myself slim but the shirt I purchased was apparently designed for the skinny tall person. It fit like it was tapered. I tried a second time without success. It is also disappointing that there is no phone provided to get advice or help.”

“When making a return because the jacket ordered was too small, it automatically triggered an exchange in size, which is true, we wanted to exchange the jacket for a larger size, but what happened was that a day or so later I received an email telling me a smaller size was being shipped to me. I never placed an order for a smaller size and there was no option to choose an alternative size when making the return. Perhaps there were technical glitches or UX issue on the website, regardless, there was no confirmation of this exchange order until it was already processing and too late to cancel. I do not appreciate needing to make multiple trips to return something I did not order.”

“Fabric is extremely thin. I am 6 feet tall but ordered extra tall, so I had to cut off about 3 inches counting new hem. I have very long legs and high waist. I do like the raised stretchy waistline, as it softly hugs the torso. I won't order any more pants this thin. Might do for opera night. I weigh 174 and take a large. Extra large was way too roomy though I have big hips.”
