“I'm unsatisfied with the service. The chinos that I bought were the same waist size as the corduroy pants that I bought in the same purchase, but the chinos are significantly tighter and cannot be worn. Further, since they're final sale, I was informed that they cannot be returned nor exchanged. I wasn't aware of the latter. For an online clothing company, this is unacceptable. There shouldn't be such a difference between the fit of 2 pairs of pants of equal waist size.”

“I love that American Tall offers more options for taller people. I am not so much tall but rather just have a longer insteam. I was very disappointed that even though they are an online only store, they charge for returns. I am very picking about my pants/trousers, and was trying something new in the hopes I would like it. However, they were not my style and did not fit how I wanted them to. While American Tall might be a good option for some people, unless they change they return policy, I will not be shopping from them in the future.”

“***ONE STAR so maybe it'll prompt these people into providing CUSTOMER SERVICE*** It's impossible to reach this company for customer service. The only method they provide is a chat bot which doesn't work. Be VERY CAREFUL when you order any thing from them. Their website blipped, causing all the items in the shopping cart to disappear. I added the items back -at least the ones that were still available- and made my purchase. Only to be surprised when I checked my email THERE WERE TWO ORDERS!!! I immediately replied to the email. No, the auto reply says you cant. I tried the chat bot. Nope. Doesnt work. No phone number. No email. I posted the issue on their tech report link.
NOTE: I did not have a problem with this particular order. The clothes are fine. I tried to order 10+ more items at a later date [** now it's 20+ because their website blipped :( ] and I can't get this fixed!!! It's crazy there's no way to communicate with these people!!”
