Sercice and fabric were great. Legs were WAY too tight with both sizes, and the larger cut seemed to have been cut with a larger size than the back.”
“I have been purchasing from this company since its inception, and was a customer of the predecessor (Given the logo and website I assume there is a connection). American Tall sent me the wrong item. I ordered a large, and was sent a small. Because it was a final sale, i have had to contact the company and jump through some hoops to return the item. It took so long, the size I originally ordered was no longer available. To add insult to injury, American Tall is charging me a SHIPPING FEE to return their item due to their mistake. Lousy customer service.”
