“Usually Americantall has been great. However, my recent purchase of the Traveler 2.0 shorts was not a good experience. The quality to me looked cheaper, the way the waistband is now, compared to before and even the material.
However, they did take the return back, and I recieved credit to use in the future for American Tall merchandise.”

“I reordered this item as I ordered size 18-20 and was sent size 22-24. Totally didn’t fit yet would cost me $22 to return this $28 item. Not real happy with this but will still order from you, as it’s one of the very few options for tall women. Hopefully the order is processed correctly this time.”
“What part of this product is "tall"? Seat height & back height are essentially the same as my existing chairs from Dick's Sporting Goods. The seat is uncomfortably narrow causing the front bottom part of the frame to push into the back of my legs. If I still had the box this chair came in I would return it. I feel that I have now joined the large population of on-line shoppers that have been scammed.”
