“I like a lot of American Tall's clothes, but their return policy is very frustrating. If you want to exchange something, it has to be the same color as your original order. If they don't have that color in stock and you're willing to exchange for a different color, you're out of luck. They'd rather not make a sale then exchange for a different in-stock color. They say something about their system doesn't allow it. Bizarre. Maybe they should consider getting a different system, like the one Quince uses. They have a great return policy and very easy process.
Also you can only make one exchange. I ordered a pair of pants in a 6. They were too small. Got the exchanged size 8 and they fit exactly the same as the 6. But I know they will hassle me if I ask to exchange again, so I just keep the 8s that don't fit.
I'll probably not buy from American Tall again. Too many challenges.”

Glad to have found a company that makes good quality stylish products for tall people. I ordered for my son who is 6’10”. First time in his life we had to return pants because they were too long.”

“Everything was awesome! Bought for my bf for Christmas who is lean and 6’8. The sweater was a big small, but everything else was great. We were very happy to see the sweater was 100% cotton. He has never had his sleeves be too long on him so that was also pretty exciting! Will definitely be buying more from here!”
