Only complaint, multiple items were available online, ordered and paid for. Only later(after shipment arrived with missing pieces)did I have to call and find out they were actually sold out. They were refunded.”

“The product is fine, the customer service is horrible. They sent me my delivery the first time and it was sent back for some reason. Then they told me that they sold the sweater that they already sold me. There’s no one to talk to. It was just a chat AI robot and were completely indifferent to the fact that they took back a sweater that I already paid for.”

“American Tall is a gold mine for tall, slim people who can not be sized at the typical “big and tall” store. Has clothing for the basketball player instead of the football player.
Clothing fits me perfectly. I am 6’6” and 200 pounds. Athletic build. I usually get a MT or LT depending on the garment.

“Products I ordered were great! I had a return and was very disappointed in response time from customer service. It took over a week for customer service to respond. When you send an item back for an exchange, they charge you $7 to send back and I had to pay shipping again on exchanges item. I will not order again from this company.”
