“It is great to have choice and as they say clothes that actually fit. With sleeves to my hands and pants to the floor! We really just get used to not having clothes that fit properly. We don’t expect it.
The return is simple and accurate. I actually exchanged not returned. This is so key for online shopping. I really want to talk about this because our needs are so specific. I also feel this is getting worse overall in the market. For a while stopped online shopping for long sleeves or long pants as much as possible- simply because I would be stuck with stuff that didn’t fit or it would cost as as the item (or more) to return or exchange.
I love the simple language and tag lines etc. I like the niche market. One place doesn’t need to be all things to all people, so often that causes things to go downhill.
The next hurdle for tall women is shoes. I was tempted to rate 4/5 because I would love to see footwear but that wouldn’t be fair to judge on what you don’t do. I would like to see a couple different styles - not all high rise etc but again I don’t want to see so much choice that the brand is lost. Hopefully you do a few new things at some point.

“The quality and styling of these jeans are top drawer but unfortunately, they were too short from the waist to the top of the inseam (crotch). I am 5’9”, 148 lbs but long-waisted and have a tummy pooch which I’m sure exacerbates the problem. I gave the jeans to my niece who loves them and has received many compliments. She gives them a five star rating.”
“The French Terry pants were too short. I had to return them and was disappointed I couldnt reorder them in a XT size as they were sold out.I read your return policy and opted to return the pants for a store credit instead of a refund. I requested notification when stock was available again.I received an email telling me my store credit was $33.96 instead of the $47.88 previously stated. I will reorder the pants when available in a longer size but am disappointed regarding the loss of $13.92 I was led to believe that requesting a store credit would allow me to return the pants without charge as I tried to exchange for a longer size-because they were unavailable I feel I have had to pay the extra fee which was not in my control.”
