I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and love what I’ve purchased but the customer service on my recent concern has me reconsidering further purchases. “I love that they sell tall pants for women. I wasn't particularly excited to see that a lot of the pants are made mostly of polyester, I was hoping for cotton options and linen. I ordered 2 different pairs of pants, the length is great, I'm not thrilled about the polyester--one was thinner, one thicker--but I'm going to make it work because it's hard to find long pants. I also still check the website regularly to see what's new.”

“Over all nice pants but, arrived with missing belt loop, I'll have to sew one on. Also I will have to hem them, alittle too long. And the material, although soft, it picks up alot of static, so things stick to the pants.”
