The length was perfect and the fit in the thighs and behind was great, but the waist was too big and there was extra space in the crotch that made them feel too long in that area. I could have had them tailored, but the amount of correction needed just wasn’t worth it. I appreciate that the brand focuses on tall sizing — it just wasn’t the right cut for me this time.”

“When making a return because the jacket ordered was too small, it automatically triggered an exchange in size, which is true, we wanted to exchange the jacket for a larger size, but what happened was that a day or so later I received an email telling me a smaller size was being shipped to me. I never placed an order for a smaller size and there was no option to choose an alternative size when making the return. Perhaps there were technical glitches or UX issue on the website, regardless, there was no confirmation of this exchange order until it was already processing and too late to cancel. I do not appreciate needing to make multiple trips to return something I did not order.”
