No customer service phone number and no email address - just the bot. Finally the bot processed my return (“Henry”), but wanted to charge me $9 to return pants where AT accidentally processed and sent the wrong length. When I countered about the cost, I was told that “Henry” would check with his colleagues about the fee. Never heard from Henry again. I will keep the pants to save myself $9 and NEVER do business with AT again. Nor will my mother. Unbelievable!”
