“American Tall provides decent products with excellent delivery time. One frustration is the shop's reliance on AI for sizing and for customer support. AI-generated sizing has proven inaccurate depending on the garment: Too few metrics are used in the algorithm, which makes sizing inconsistent and a crap-shoot until a custumer reads comprehensive reviews from a previous customer. For customer-support and questions: the chat bot cannot handle questions that do not have an obvious answer in the already-published web pages. Individual feedback can be provided via email, yet this requires patience, and time. Feedback on email can be expected The likert-scale metric for "How is the fit" shamefully general: Too tight or too loose do not capture inconsistent tailoring of a garment. Likewise, the likert-scale metric for "How is the length" fails in the same regard, where inconsistent tailoring throughout the garment cannot be captured in the forced-choice review.”

“The clothes I ordered were great! However, I got hit with a hefty surprise bill from the UPS more than a month after my order was delivered. The bill including tariffs/brokerage was almost as much as the cost of my order, despite the American Tall website clearly stating there would be no additional fees for shipping. Disappointed. “My whole life (16+) I've wanted this store to exist. I am autistic and uncomfortable clothing can be bothersome on a scale some may not comprehend. Who'd of thought a clothing company could be a prescription for mental health, lol. Tip : Know your size before buying sale items. We've never shopped using sizes that make sense to us. You may find you need to try a couple things to find your sweet spot. I'm 6'8 but need Xtra Tall because of albatross arms and long torso.”

“I run the costume shop for a theatre department at a college in the US. I had an actor cast in a play who is 6'6" and a 32" waist, so our local Big & Tall store would not work, because he isn't big, just tall! So between the two blazers I bought, the XL worked better. We did have to take up the sleeves but the L was not long enough for him. I am thrilled to know about this company, the quality is fantastic and customer service was top notch- things were stuck at the border for a few weeks, but that is tRump's fault, not theirs! “Hello! Your clothes are a mix of simple elegance mets functionality for modern women - bonus, it fits! Every piece is near excellent. After demo-ing options over the past 4 years, your company has become my new main staple for everyday and business casual clothing options. A few suggestions: fabrics that reduce hair, pet hair, and pilling, as well as high-rise classic skinny jeans (I like how structured your material is (not jegggings)) in a dark blue wash without or with very very light bleaching/washing on the front and back (it's a tad bit heavy).
