“Aaahhhh the relief and appreciation for stylish clothes that fit well! My 18 year old, 6’10” collegiate athlete son and my 16 year old 6’7” high-school athlete son, both like the jeans and the Carman style pants. It’s a little pricey but the semi annual sales make it possible although the color choices may be limited. When I had an issue with an order, I spoke with a live person who also resolved the issue. “I bought 2 more blazer's for my son. He has the same style in several other colours and they look amazing on him. He is 6'4" and has very long arms that makes it difficult to find a good blazer but this style is fantastic. Material is forgiving and doesn't wrinkle.”

“I like a lot of American Tall's clothes, but their return policy is very frustrating. If you want to exchange something, it has to be the same color as your original order. If they don't have that color in stock and you're willing to exchange for a different color, you're out of luck. They'd rather not make a sale then exchange for a different in-stock color. They say something about their system doesn't allow it. Bizarre. Maybe they should consider getting a different system, like the one Quince uses. They have a great return policy and very easy process.
Also you can only make one exchange. I ordered a pair of pants in a 6. They were too small. Got the exchanged size 8 and they fit exactly the same as the 6. But I know they will hassle me if I ask to exchange again, so I just keep the 8s that don't fit.
I'll probably not buy from American Tall again. Too many challenges.”
