St Albans . Very much doubt this company exists. Spent 2 hours over 3 days listening to their messages on their phone.02085055777.paid over £100 up front for a useless so called engineer . Feel I have been mugged No feedback from engineers visit.

What a waste of my time and money! i had the most grumpy engineer come out to look at my washing machine, he made an absolute mess with water all over the place, He only addressed one of the problem with the machine, and said he had to go back and order a part, I was then on the phone to A.N.D complaining about this engineer. BUT It took 30 minutes to get through to them, When i tried to called them the following day I had to give up after 4 attempts each lasting 30 to 40 minutes. They are such a waste of time. And Im out £80 for the rude call out ! lesson learnt!! :(

Don't waste your money!!! Like I did. As soon as I booked an appointment online they phoned me demanding the payment. Then they cancelled the appointment as it was the engineer's birthday. Managed to rearrange for the following day as luckily someone was at home. The engineer came and confirmed what I already knew, that the grill was broken and needed replacing. Told me the office will call me back in 2-3 days with a quote for the parts. Never received a phone call back or an email. Could not get through to them on phone. Don't even deserve a one star!

Booked in for a engineer. A week later got a text msg stating job number for repair! How can they repair something, when engineer hasn't visited to check what the problem is. Told them no engineer has checked it yet. Why waist money ordering a parts, it do they order then keep the parts themselves.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - Introduced and booked vis D&G. First booking of AND engineer was not honoured. had to sty home all day to avoid cancellation fees then they didn't show. no call from AND. Then, I had to chase to rearrange. Engineer attended house on 30th Jan. I am still waiting for my cooker repair. No one ever responds to emails asking for an update and the quickest they have answered the phone is after 18 mins. I keep being told they are waiting for a part number enquiry. This has been going on for 6 weeks. There is never an update. I have asked for someone at AND to chase for the Part number but it never happens so we just go around in circles. Of my own back, I have managed to find the part number. Just goes to show what you can do when you actually do your job.

do not use this company. extremely poor service and communication. The gas engineer did not issue a formal report for the works they did despite multiple requests and I have had to hire another company as a result of their negligence.

Once parts are in they send you a message (which you cannot reply) to call 0208 505 5777 to book the repair - but the phone only goes to a voice reply and it is never answered. They don't provide any other ways of communication.

Originally booked an appointment for 27th Feb to have my dishwasher fixed. Went with them as they had the earliest availability. Got a call on the 27th saying that appointment wasn't happening and i needed to book another - earliest available was a week later. Booked the appointment and pay £97 for the repair (more to be paid for parts later). Engineer comes when expected and tells me i need parts and that I'll hear from the office with a price for parts and a repair date, that day or the next. Heard nothing, so called the office - waited on hold for ever and finally spoke to someone who told me the engineer hadn't fed back yet and they would be in touch when he had. A week goes by, still heard nothing - i have emailed in the meantime and still nothing. Call again on 13th March and wait on hold for an age again to speak to someone. Speak to a lady who is unhelpful and sounds like she can't be bothered to deal with the query (probably as they have a hundred other dissatisfied people waiting in the queue). Am told i can't cancel the repair as they have visited already, am told they are waiting on a part number (but have been waiting a week for it) and that they don't know when it will get resolved. Am told i can't speak to a manager as they are in meetings. Requested manager call back, to which the woman says 'ok' and then hangs up. 3 weeks in and still got a broken dishwasher, still down £97 and still no timelines for getting resolved. What a joke of a company

AVOID A.N.D Domestics!!! I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn others about how unreliable and incompetent this company is. I have been directed to this company through D&G Domestic (who have also been incredibly useless in all this). 6 weeks in and 5 appointments later, and my washer dryer is still not fixed. Completely unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. I've had several appointments cancelled on the day (meaning I have lost out on money as these days have been taken off from work) and when the engineers do finally turn up, none of then have the correct parts!!! No one replies to your emails and to get through on the phone is impossible. The last time I rang I held on for almost an hour and I actually managed to make and bake a cake during this time! Even when you get through they can't help you. I'm praying that on my next appointment someone will finally have the part and they will be able to fix my machine but to tell the truth I'm not holding out much hope....

Absolutely disgusting company AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! After being sent to this company from manufacturing company of my washing machine. I was originally booked an appointment for an engineer to check my washing machine this appointment was cancelled and i was told to call to find out why. I did apparently without checking they knew what was wrong with my washing machine, ordered the part and was waiting and when the parts ready they would book another appointment. This happened after a week. I again had to call to book an appointment. When the part was in. I did this. A date and time this is all. The day comes for the appointment for my washing machine to be fixed. I get a text saying theyll be there between 9:15-12:15 great i took the day off work so thought this was perfect. I got a call from a number i did not know at 11:50 stating the engineer was outside my property and needed a permit. (Voicemail) and to call back the engineer will wait only 10 minutes.i went to check outside there was no engineer outside my property. I called back immediately knowing who it was to explain no engineer was here. I was on hold the whole time. While still on hold at 12pm i had a call from the number stating the engineer has moved on? I questioned this as there was noone outside my property and i had a car park so no permit needed. I was confronted with aggyness and rudensss. I explained it definitely was not my property. They recalled the address which was clearly incorrect and stated ‘oh well we cant come back now as we are not insured to work on a property that is incorrect’ I questioned this again and they said well your manufacturer company didn’t give me the correct address, i said but i booked this appointment with your company so why was my address not confirmed before booking the appointment to confirm the engineer was going to the correct address. Again i was confront with complete rudeness stating well call your manufacturer and tell them not to use us if you do not like our company we dont want you anyways. I said what? I said corr your soo rude! She was like no your sooo rude i said what your company booked me an appointment, cancelled it as the engineer knew what it was without checking and ordered a part not knowing if this part was correct or not? And then was coming back? Whose to say the part was correct and this appointment was going ahead anyways? She said ‘what you mean my engineer (while shouting) is 35 years in the business his experienced he doesn’t need to look at the washing machine if its a common fault’ i said but its my washing machine how do you know without checking it? She was like oh what ever your so rude get a different company said bye and hung up! How rude!!!! Such a scam!!!!

The service I received was excellent. Very polite and friendly staff including their engineers. They couldn’t do enough to help me and made sure I was happy with the arrangements they made. I would definitely recommend A.N.D & know that if I need to use them again they will provide an excellent service.
