“I ordered £91 pounds worth of swimwear in the sale and when they arrived they were all wrapped together in tissue paper so I was not happy that they did not arrive in there original packaging”

“Ordered top came with a big mark on front called your customer service who sent label to return, only offered a sorry not good customer service and said when returned you would send out another. have shopped with you many times but would have to consider if i would use you again .”

“Using the website was very easy. Received confirmation quickly. I was waiting for an email to stay my item has been dispatched but that never arrived. I paid for delivery but the item wasn’t delivered to my daughter’s address. It’s only because she went to the sorting office to pick up another parcel and she was handed 2 and realised one was from Angel Face. No card was left in her letter box from the delivery company stating they came. We would have never known it was there. That’s very poor service that I paid for. Maybe Ange Face should be looking at who they use to deliver their items.”

“I was looking for a Holy Communion dress for my little girl, knowing what type of child my daughter is , she likes to be different and very girly. I showed her many dresses but just wasn't for her. I then took a chance and bought the white tutu skirt, and the full set, silk sleeve top, and to go with it, the angel wings cardigan and the white bow and long socks, to add the finishing touch. She absolutely loved it, when it came. She loved it and looked beautiful. I was very happy and I had one happy little princess and ready for her First Holy Communion.”
