Shopping at Ann Summers has been such a personal journey and with the help of Anna she has got my husband and I back on track with our marriage What a lovely experienced lady she is A Christian and both of us are in a mixed marriage with children so I can really relate with her. It’s much more than just a shop and the staff there for me especially Anna are just amazing Sometimes I’ve been there and experienced some very rude obnoxious trying customers and they really do deserve a medal when trying to deal with that level of verbal abuse just because they are impatient or are being told a mistake has happened and nothing can be done. These girls work there and in such a special shop have to put up with a lot sometimes so hats off to you and thanks for letting mine and the majority of customers have a wonderful experience keep up the good work Again thank you especially to Anna

Hello Ann Summers - THANK YOU IVY IN THE CANTERBURY STORE - KENT!! Very Happy Customer thanks to sales lady Ivy!! It is about 7 years since I went into an Ann Summers shop and last time I did it was Westfields London and I found the staff to be a bit over familiar calling me darling etc. Despite the bras being very good quality I didn't go back as a result. However, yesterday I was shopping in Whitefriars Canterbury Kent and decided to go in to see if I could get a decent bra. I was served and fitted by a young woman called Ivy . She was absolutely brilliant and not only found me the right size bras - but on request matched the 5 bras, I went to not purchase, with underwear. I spent about £135.00 and because of SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM IVY I have gone on line and spent the same again in underwear - now having the sizes that fit me perfectly!!! AND THANKS TO IVY - I will remain an active purchaser - I do hope Ann Summers reward and look after such excellent staff when you have them on board!!!

Absolutely shocking. ordered 2 items online to the value of £40 items arrived in boxes. opened both and notices the elastic on both was all puckered like it had been overstretched and rotted. sent both back via evri, chased for my refund only to be told that due to the boxes being opened they couldn't refund me! how on earth do you assess an item for suitability from a picture on a box! They have now tried to send these items back to me which i have refused! AVOID ONLINE ORDERING really disappointed and will not order again!

Other day I went in to Westfield Stratford mall, when I went in to the Ann Summers, the lady (Rita) who helped me with my bras sizes. She was very helpful and friendly. I will go there again. 🫶🏻

Ann summers has the worst designs so unflattering, and very old fashioned materials. Looks like somebody’s grandma’s neck curtains. Honestly it’s like you’re making underwear for dusty drag queens from the 80s. Get some new ideas 💡 new materials and some different patterns! And I mean, shape patterns! Make something sexy not tacky!

Very poor staff in Sheffield returned a garment that I had not even tried on and the lady said she was unable to return it as it had a mark on I was mortified as it was in-fort of other shoppers and my partner so I left the shop got back into the car and there is no mark on the garment!!!! Extremely rude member of staff will definitely not be going back to Sheffield AS again

Ruined Xmas. Plenty of time for you to deliver. Yet you failed. No contact. Just me chasing. No way of speaking to anyone. You just told me in a blanket email to ring YOUR delivery company and chase them. What a joke! Never again will I purchase from such a company. You have no idea how to treat customers. Thanks to you I had nothing to give my wife on Xmas day even though you stated it would be there before Xmas day. So thanks. I still waiting!!!

I ordered my partner the 12 Nights of New Sensations Advent Calendar, which includes various vibrators, lubes, and all manner of things you WOULD NOT want anyone else to see. The Ann Summers site promises discreet packaging: https://support.annsummers.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360012051400-Will-my-parcel-be-discreet- HOWEVER, when the gift was delivered, it was not in any packaging whatsoever, just clear plastic wrap (see attached photos). Furthermore, my partner (long-distance relationship - he lives across the country from me) was out of town for a few days and had the (rather elderly) couple next-door getting the mail and bringing in any packages for him AND HIS ROOMMATE. When he returned from his trip, the package was sitting on the kitchen table on top of all of the other mail. This means that that either or both of his neighbors, and probably his roommate (who had returned from his own travels earlier in the day) had all likely seen this intensely personal and private purchase, as well as postal service employees (my partner has a fairly public government job), and whoever else. The whole thing is truly quite appalling, and really sullied what was a carefully-selected and lovingly-given present. I will refrain from giving one star, because maybe the products contained therein are of good quality, but I really feel that Ann Summers has a lot to answer for this this debacle - truly inexcusable!

Popped into the shop in Peterborough on a brisk November morning and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service after having looked on the asuk.website . A lovely girl called Sophie assisted me and knew all the stock well and wasn't pushy in the slightest. I found a couple of bargains and left feeling quite chuffed with the quality for the price I paid. I knocked a star off because the queue was pretty long and it was getting stuffy in there.

Very poor. I have ordered Lelo Sona 2 with them and it was faulty, sent it back and expected for the same item to be exchanged, however they sent me the wrong item which was 5 x less expensive than Lelo and claimed that this is what they received. I am very disappointed will not order with them again.

Went into the Plymouth store to buy a bikini but left with the sonar clitoral stimulator there needs to be a warning on the box to not use while drivinghad tears rolling down my eyes!!!! When I use it my heart rate goes from 74 to 134 in 4 seconds!!!! Best workout I have ever done!!!! Also the staff In there are amazing!!!! Brilliant team, don’t make you silly or get you to buy the most expensive. Just brilliant!!! Thank you xx

Visited your Cardiff City centre store with my wife and Carys was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble, exceptional customer service. A great example of how you should be treated as a customer. Please continue to get the bigger sizes and not just the size 6-8. 5*****

Visited the Trafford Centre store Sophie was amazing with doing my bra fitting, she made me feel so comfortable and was on hand to look for certain styles in my size, she was non judgemental and very helpful throughout my experience

DO NOT GO HERE! I was in the Oxford Street Ann Summers in February. While in the store and getting assistance from a lady in there, I got my phone robbed out of my pocket. The staff told me that they observed this on the cctv but would not let me view it. They told me not to call the police because this happened often in their store. I did anyway. However they delayed giving the cctv footage to the police and by the time they got back to the police the footage had been deleted. The phone at the time had all my travel details on the phone and this created a lot of hassle to my holiday and ruined it. I contacted the head office and they were no help and wouldn't look into in. They do not care about there customers whatsoever! Very bad experience!

Ellie is an absolute gem and an asset to Ann Summers she has an amazing personality. She fitted me and she fitted my friend. We are ever so fussy and she was the most patient with us! Lexie was a great help today also at the Birmingham Bullring store. Loved our visit from start to finish! xx ❣️
