“I placed orders on May 25, 2020 (US70905) and on July 16, 2020 (US 83180) and have not received 4 of the 6 items ordered. The items that I received are marked as fulfilled and include shipping details next to them on the website. The 4 missing items are marked as fulfilled, but have no shipping details and were never received. I have emailed, called, and even reached out via social media. I’ve only ever received automated email responses. Aside from that, the only response Annah Hariri has given is to block me on social media. It's been MORE THAN 2 YEARS. I paid money but didn't receive my items. What’s truly infuriating is they keep sending emails for current sales. Seriously?!!!😡 Wish I could give a negative star rating.”

“A SCAM, dont you try to buy from them very careful they will take your money, or they will send your package after 2 or 3 months they send you clothing that you did not order The clothes look so different from the pictures shown on the website, they quality is EXTREMELY cheap..”

“Literally worst online store ever. The clothes look so different from the pictures shown on the website, they quality is EXTREMELY cheap.. if i tried to sew a dress by myself i would've done a better job.. i am trying to get a refund but because shipping items to the us is very expensive i lost 200$ !!! SAVE UR MONEY AND PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING.”

“Hello all, I ordered in August 2020 (order number: US87494 ) 2 dresses and didn't receive anything yet. I contacted the customer service via email many times and I always get the same excuses for the delay, sometimes I don't even get a response. And till now after 2 YEARS I didn't receive my order. This is the first time happening to me since I started online shopping. I dont recommend at all purchasing from them.”

“The store is a Scam. I have been waiting for almost 4 years now and till now, no dresses. They have delivered 1 and still waiting for my other dresses and till now, nothing!!!! Email after email after email and nothing. Promises after promises and till date, nothing! They even used covid and moving to a new location as an excuse but all lies. Beware if you don't want to be the next victim. You can search Facebook on pages and groups about the scam so you will know as well.”

“This is one of the worst company to do business with. I'm not into writing reviews, but this one I've to so that if anyone out there is planning to give your money to this scammers please please stay away from them. I ordered a dress size 16 from them which was delivered to me. When I received it was size 4. Completely different, when tried to call them all their phone numbers go on automated message system where the mailbox is full and you cannot even leave a message. Repeatedly trying to contact them via phone, emails explaining them that it was an error from their end by sending me the wrong size. After many days just received an email to send request for return , when request was sent they said it can be return in 30 days and U had to pay for the shipping back for the mistake they did and after taking off restocking fees I will be getting the answer if I can return. This 4 size dress is with me and they made their money and easily ignored the customer.”

“هنا حريرى لصه وتقوم بالنصب والاحتيال فإنى من شهر ابريل عام ٢٠٢٠ قد دفعت لطلبيه لفستانين بمبلغ ١٠٦ دولار وحتى يومنا هذا لم استلم اى شىء واتصلت بالأرقام الموجوده على صفحتها وكذلك ارسل إيميلات كثيره دون جدوى وحين كتبت ما اعانيه على صفحتها الخاصه بالفيسبوك تم مسح تعليقى ولا اعلم ماذا افعل فلم أجد ذلك المبلغ ملقى فى القمامه ولكنه من مرتبى الخاص”

“ORDER US95485 and US85627 IS A SCAM until I get what I ordered. These two were from 2020. Whether or not it is slow, it has been almost two full years this coming month. Nothing, nada, zip. If the picture uploads, it says "fulfilled," but I have yet to receive anything. I'll be more than happy to change my opinion if I ever get what I paid for.”

“worst shopping experience. Abaya looked very different from pictures. Material was cheap. I paid for express (2-3days) shipping and received my order 10 business days later. I asked for her refund for the shipping fee, they refused. They basically stole money for shipping.”

“i wish I can give them 0 star. i have placed my order in July 2020 and still didn't get anything as this moment am writing this review. i sent many emails, first they used to reply but the last email i have received from them was in May 2021 stating that even we are late we will ship your order asap. guess what, haven't receive anything yet, and the big surprise is when I check the statue of my order on their website it shows that my order was fulfilled in January 2021 and as I mentioned the last email from them was May 2021, so how come is this. just save your money, they turn their company into a scam. they do a great sale to grab people's attention and then they disappear with no cloths nor money. oh, BTW they blocked me on fb after I post a review showing ppl their real face. so, people I did my part and warned as I wish if someone have warned me before I lose my money, but whatever they take now, they will pay it doubled in the hereafter.”
