“Am glad I got my package on time! After I placed my order and it was being in the process I came to read the reviews and I was kinda skeptical but am glad it came in 12 days, if not included the Saturday and Sunday when I place my order I think the delivery time is pretty decent.”

“After reading these reviews now I regret making my purchase here, it is a shame I thought this company was legit. With over 6000 horrible reviews about the same complaint you would think they would care to fix the issue but unfortunately this sounds like a huge scam! Hopefully we can action to report it to the BBB or have them banned from the US. The phone number on their site for US customers is a cell phone which was never answered. They provided a tracking number which says “item not received at the carrier “ which is the UPS. Which means they just created the label with NO intention of sending my packages!! I kept emailing them, first few emails they responded but they stopped responding and instead sending me an automated email saying not to forget to check out my items in my art, same items I already paid for a week ago. Horrible!n I will dispute with my bank by Wednesday if I don’t get my items. Eid Mubarak!”

“Worst Customer Service and Incorrect Website Description. Ordered a dress recently and chose the size based on the size chart on their website which mentioned a 106 cm bust but when the dress arrived it was 115 cm. It was so large my wife couldn't wear it and when we contacted them they took no responsibility and told me the only option was to pay two more shipping fees (twice the price of the dress) to exchange for another size. Worst customer service ever.”

“I ordered from Annah Hariri over 2 years ago and never received my order. Emailing them trying to get help was completely useless. Hundreds of hard earned money completely stolen. Beware of being scammed. It’s been years and I should move on but it’s honestly so frustrating seeing all the ads they put out trying to continue to get new customers”

“No hems in the dresses. The skirts drag on the ground they are so long. I had to take them up myself before I could wear them. No invoice included in the box. Huge rip off. Don't waste your money”

“I have always received orders from Annah Harriri except during pandemic I received all the wrong ones. Anyways they refunded me back and I was able to order and received what I ordered. The only thing I do not like is they do not have different lengths like Aab Collection and many others do. I am tall and a 58.3 inches is the tallest it runs. They won't make any exceptions. NS”

“I had extremely bad experience with Annah hariri. I placed an order for 3-4 dresses in October, 2022. And I am still waiting for either the clothes or my money back. This company is fraud and they scam people of their hard earned money. They have no shame at all. I have left so many emails never received an answer back. The calls went unattended. Extremely unprofessional. Deceiving people is not good Annah hariri. You’ll not enjoy the hard earned money you robbed. Order US95359”

“When I placed my order I never recite any email with an order number and no receipt later with my order. I didn’t like the dress becatof a very low quality material and wanted to return it and they refused to return it cause I have no order number or receipt. Seems like not sending a receipt was all planned. So that I can’t return the order. I’ll keep on posting about them where ever I can”

“I placed orders on May 25, 2020 (US70905) and on July 16, 2020 (US 83180) and have not received 4 of the 6 items ordered. The items that I received are marked as fulfilled and include shipping details next to them on the website. The 4 missing items are marked as fulfilled, but have no shipping details and were never received. I have emailed, called, and even reached out via social media. I’ve only ever received automated email responses. Aside from that, the only response Annah Hariri has given is to block me on social media. It's been MORE THAN 2 YEARS. I paid money but didn't receive my items. What’s truly infuriating is they keep sending emails for current sales. Seriously?!!!😡 Wish I could give a negative star rating.”

“A SCAM, dont you try to buy from them very careful they will take your money, or they will send your package after 2 or 3 months they send you clothing that you did not order The clothes look so different from the pictures shown on the website, they quality is EXTREMELY cheap..”

“Literally worst online store ever. The clothes look so different from the pictures shown on the website, they quality is EXTREMELY cheap.. if i tried to sew a dress by myself i would've done a better job.. i am trying to get a refund but because shipping items to the us is very expensive i lost 200$ !!! SAVE UR MONEY AND PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING.”

“Hello all, I ordered in August 2020 (order number: US87494 ) 2 dresses and didn't receive anything yet. I contacted the customer service via email many times and I always get the same excuses for the delay, sometimes I don't even get a response. And till now after 2 YEARS I didn't receive my order. This is the first time happening to me since I started online shopping. I dont recommend at all purchasing from them.”
