DO NOT ORDER - THIS IS A SCAM I had 2 orders placed in June 2020.. It is now the end of August 2021 and I haven’t received my items. I have been asking for a refund for over 3 months and all of my emails are being ignored. It’s really unfortunate and disgusting that a company owned by a Muslimah is running a dishonest business, scamming so many sisters in the ummah. Shame on this company. Do not order from them.

It is a scam company .I placed my order in May 2020 and I didn't recieve it until now and whenever I send them an email they either ignore or they just say they can't confirm the date of sending the items.

I would never recommend this service to anyone, ordered and paid for a item in March 2020 and I am still waiting delivery. I then requested to be refunded 1 month ago and I am still waiting for them to contact me. If I could give them no stars I would. Thank You Next!!!!

I placed an order on Annah Hariri on August 2020, making it one whole year that I have waited for my order to arrive.I have constantly been contacting them and I have received little to no response each time, with silly excuses as for why my order isn't here. After a while I have up on the clothes and demanded a refund as I spent hundreds of dollars but they ignore my messages and didn’t refund me.

I made an order for 2 dresses in July 2020 and only received my orders over 6 months later (after many many emails). One dress was the wrong size and the other did not fit correctly so I sent them both back within 14 days and requested a refund. This was 5 months ago and I still have not received my refund and no responses to my emails. I'm so upset with this service! Avoid using this company, its unnecessary headache. :'(

Sad, disappointed, shocked, angry and frustrated. I placed my order for several clothing items totalling SGD 671 in October 2020. Till today I have NOT received a single item. Yet their website showed ‘fulfilled’. I sent several e-mails but they were left unanswered; my WhatsApp message to the Turkey mobile number received standard computer-generated reply that is not helpful at all. My request for refund was totally ignored. PayPal cannot help too. What can I do to get my money back.

Last year the order never received any of the dresses. I'm so mad at myself that I should just watch the reviews. Instead I told myself that I was betting on a business made by Muslims for Muslims so I wanted to support it.

I waited for over a month for two orders I made, one day apart I believe. I messaged them several times, all of which they sent the same generic respond of an apology and blame it on Muslim holiday why they’ve been so back up. They were not clear as to how longer it would take, or when they’d finally ship my order. I then finally asked for a full refund, to which then I no longer record a response. I sent the request several times, still no response. I don’t have a response or update or my clothes or a refund. There no customer service number to communicate with. But I do have it all i my email for proof.

I ordered 4 dresses in two different orereds in August 2020 now it's one year complete. Didn't receive any dress.they didn't reply to my e.mails. I once comment fb page they blocked me.i paid with my debit card so it's easy for them to do a fraud . I still have my recites.

My order was since May 2020 which was more than 1 year ago. They have put the order "fulfilled" on the website but nothing had been received. The customer service, Duygu, had also confirmed that no shipment was made to me yet. I don't understand why they have to indicate order "fulfilled"? Are they also cheating the authorities in Turkey? Or cheating their auditors to show that goods had been delivered because money was sent to them??? This is scandalous and outrageous especially since the company had sent out an Islamic image. I am so ashamed as a Muslim. When I emailed for a refund, I don't receive any reply. If my email asks about the status of my order, I do receive a reply but it does not provide any answer to solve my order. This is so frustrating. If they are overwhelmed due to the pandemic, they should stop taking orders from their website! But orders still continue despite having so many complaints of backlogs/non-delivery. This company even have the guts to take Eid orders. This shows they are not overwhelmed, but just want to cheat as many customers as possible and giving the pandemic as a reason.

We have ordered a couple of dresses back in June 2020, and only received 1 dress out of four so we submitted a refund. After we submitted a refund request to Duygu Benli who was responding to our emails, now doesn't reply at all. Duygu Benli lied to us and now ignoring us, as we were told by Duygu that the refund will be processed 15-25 days from that day, and it has been around 10 months, no updates or anything. Bottom line is they are just using Covid and charity helping Syrians in Turkey as an excuse, as if they are doing charity, they don't know that in Islam you have to do a good deed with sincere intention, not stealing people's money and giving it to charity. Most of the reviews on this business are true, they are not refunding to most of the people, providing any updates, or replying to any emails. My orders were as below: 1. Haven't received anything from Invoice Number: US82478 2. missing dress from Invoice Number: US72701, we haven’t received the Baroque Modest Set - US10 / Pink. They do not reply to any of our emails, but send us an email everyday about the sales they are having. The marketing team is working at their best potential, but the refunding team and customer support are sleeping, bunch of theives, I can rest assured that they will not enjoy a dime of our money, because thieves never do Alhamdolelah.

I bought 4 dresses in April 2020, all fully paid for. I received one dress in October 2020. It is now August 2021 and I have still not received 3 dresses. 2 of the dresses that I have not received are for my little girls who have now outgrown the sizes bought and Annah Hariri is not responding to emails to process a refund. Very poor service!

Tota scam! I ordered several dresses worth £900 last year in April. And after several complaints, emails, phone calls most of which were not even answered I, I received those blasted dresses in totally wrong small sizes THIS YEAR in April. After whole 1 year. And nobody is listening! No one from this scam company is answering my emails and phone calls. My hard earned £900 went down the drain. I hope Annah Hariri is able to take all this money into her grave to try buy forgiveness from God. Which ofcourse she can't get for scamming His people.

Ordered 6 dresses back in March 2020. Still nothing received, over a year later. They customer service keep giving false promises each time, but they have essentially taken my money. What's scary is they are still sending out emails and offers to order when they can't fulfil other orders!!! Just look at the social media page, Annah Hariri has blocked comments as there are multiple people in the same position. Any positive reviews you read on this site or others are likely planted by the company. Do not buy from them, spare yourself the trouble, they are fraudsters!
