“Terrible, a total fraud. I placed an order for 3 outfits in April last year, I only got one with totally wrong measurements, and then no answer regarding the resr. I cancelled my order and asked for refund but they stopped answering my emails. I sent them on messenger and they said they don't have orders and then blocked me from commenting on Facebook. They're still taking orders instead of fulfilling their old ones”

“Sam as all these other customers! I was a first time customer. Order number US59115. I messaged them on their website saying it’s been a few months I have not received my full order. They responded saying it’s taking time because of covid, so I gave them Benefit of the doubt and waited. Another month passed and I messaged them again. An amplifier named Esra said she will issue me a refund. I waited weeks and month and no refund. I messaged again and that’s it, no response. No response from their website help, no response on Facebook ( not even allowed to comment on their posts), no response on Instagram. I am honestly surprised that this is happening to this many people from a Muslim company. Also what shocks me is that even though they owe this many order and returns to all us customers, they are still posting new posts and taking new orders everyday. Worst customer service ever! What kind of company does this to it’s customers!”

“WARNING!!! Annah Hariri has turned out to be a SCAM! I placed two orders (US88598 & US88638) on 8/13/2020. A total of 6 dresses were ordered totaling over $300, and not a single dress has been delivered. I have tried calling them on their Turkey number, US numbers, and left messages, as well as emailing them periodically for the status of my order. No one ever responds with the actual status of the order, NO DRESSES HAVE BEEN DELIVERED, AND NOT+ REFUND HAS BEEN MADE. If someone would just communicate and give me a true update of the order, or just return my MONEY!!! Annah Hariri is a shame for her country, scamming so many people and stealing their money! A real SHAME! ANNAH HARIRI, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR DELIVER MY DRESSES!”

“It’s never ending lies with them one aft the other. I placed my order in August 2020 and yet I have not received it. They say orders are delayed due to the pandemic. Yet they still taking orders and can’t even sent out the previous orders from early 202. While taking their customers money they were able to open a new warehouse. Leaving people without their products it’s a shame. I asked for a refund I’m not waiting anymore and I’m done with them.🤦‍♀️”

“ORDER US 82846 I HAVE ORDERED IN JUNE 2020, this company has blocked me from facebook and deleted my comment. They have the time to do that but cannot reply to any of my emails or yet alone answer my phone calls. THIS COMPANY is a total scam and people should avoid them at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I hope they stop taking orders, stop posting their product until they fulfill their customers order.. i have order 2 dresses for my kids and get nothing until now.. maybe they dont know how to measure the size until now.. perhaps they still looking at the fabric started 2020 and now 2021 still wondering what they are doing with the fabric.. and still taking orders .. hmm..”

“Same as the rest of the customers and my first experience even though I heard bad reviews but I thought I want to try myself since I really love the dresses. However very disappointed my first experience with them and only received 1 item out of 4 items I have ordered. It is like cheating my money now as though I am buying one item for the price of 4 items!! I got a reply once saying they will refund if I get back and when I got back to them asking for refund till now news!! More than half a year gone... understand that it is difficult situation due to covid but I have made purchase from other countries too and all arrived earlier than expected. Very bad company and yes for those had bad experience with Annah Hariri, please spread around to others so that they wont get cheated like us.”

“I placed an order in oct 2020 for 2 dresses they were supposed to arrive by November but they didn’t show up. I emailed them immediately and I got a reply saying the orders r delayed due to covid & will arrive in December. It’s January 2021 now I’ve not received my order yet. They are not replying to my emails instead asking me to review the purchase I made. I tried calling the US number provided by their website but these tel numbers don’t seem to work. They r scamming innocent customers all around the world. Please do not place any orders at Anna hariri and make online payments this is a fraud company. You will only loose your money”

“I wish I could give a minus star, really dissapointed with Annah Hariri. This is my first experience dealing with them and I'm sure it'll be my last. I ordered two dreses in April 2020 for Eid, one for me and one for my daughter. I havent received anything after almost 9months. The thing that holding me to write any honest review before, is because she said that she employed lots of refugees. But now I'm not even sure that it's true, looking at how they deal with their customers. The first few months, they didnt even replied to my emails, when they replied they kept giving me fake promises. After 6 months I asked them to do a refund, then they said they cant do refund after 6 months. Whose fault is that! Please read the reviews first before you decide to buy from this company.”

“Annah Hariri charge my Credit Card before delivery I had two orders on June and July 2020 I didn't receive any thing yet, at the beginning they take Covid 19 as an excuse they promise to deliver quickly and all the lies they till their customers Now they stop replying to my emails, never send any thing and they change my order status to FULFILLED such a shame, I wish Turkey Government close their business to stop fooling more customers Also they block you from social media if you write about their poor delivery”

“Annah hariri is a scum. I made an order back in October 2020, its now 2021 but my order hasnt been shipped yet.. I have sent her multiple emails inquiring about the status of my order, she has refused to reply. Now i'm asking her to give me a refund, but she still refuses to issue a refund either. Honestly i wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from her, shes a scum.”

“I purchased two hundred dollars worth of dresses from her last August, 2020. After a few months, I contacted them via email and inquired about my order. I got a message back along the lines of "delay due to Covid-19", and didn't think anything of it. Two days ago, a friend of mine told me she had placed an order last February, 2020. She never got it. Luckily, she had been able to contact her bank and get a refund, cancelling the order. I also contacted my bank, and I am getting my refund. This online store used to be a good place, but it has lost its credibility now. Don't buy from it, guys.”

“I placed two orders one on June 27, and July 7 2020 and have yet to receive them. I was told it would arrive by end of November 2020 after months of lies from the customer service department and now it is December and no order! They are holding my order, and have fraudulent business practices! I am going to report them till they give me a full refund. Don’t purchase from her company YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEMS. They blame it on COVID-19 but it's no excuse after 6 months of waiting! Annah Hariri needs to be shutdown she is stealing money from customers and not delivering their orders.”

“They are scam. I placed an order from May 27, 2030...i only got 2 dresses.. The 3 other dresses I didnt get. I tried to contact them through mail and calling. Nothing has changed... I dnt recommend anyone to order from her. Liar and thief.”

“They are SCAM. I placed my order in May and have not received anything yet. Initially they responded to my inquiry and provided lame excuses. Now they dont even respond and have my money. They never answer phone calls at any time of the day. THEY ARE SCAM”
