“ I really want to like this company and buy more from them but am put off by their returns system. I returned 3 items in 2 orders over 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. The lack of communication and slowness to refund makes me too anxious so unless I’m refunded very soon, I’m very unlikely to order anything again. Which is a shame because I really love the actual products. ”
