“Following a disgraceful customer service experience with a retailer where I purchased the Duocore bamboo cot mattress, I decided to escalate issue on to Anstel. My complaint was handled by Daniel in the Customer Service team, in a prompt, professional and efficient manner. Thanks for taking accountability and action with a speedy resolution, given my baby is due in weeks.. So many slack, lacklustre and unprofessional people that are not equipped to work as the face of a brand - sets a very ill impression on a business…Word of mouth will make or break a business….Well done Daniel you’re an asset to Anstel and definitely deserve a promotion!!! 5 Star standard of service 👏🏾🙌🏾 Eunice Georges Hall, NSW”

“I’m so glad I made the decision to purchase DuoCore. Since using it my baby has been sleeping so well it’s amazing. It arrived very quickly and changing sheets is so easy as the mattress is so light.”

Hello Mevesh, Thanks so much for your review, we're glad you love your Cybex Cloud Q! As you may know, in Australia we are required by law to supply car seats that comply with Australia's specific safety Standards, and it's illegal to supply non-compliant car seats for use in Australia. As such we don't specifically mention that our Cloud Q is the AU version as this is what is pictured on our website, and of course implied through all Australian advertising. “I've had nothing short of a brilliant online + phone consult experience in helping choose and buying the product of choice. I live in a different state (NSW) and called in VIC store to inquire about the product. The sales executive was a calm and took time to understand my requirements and went on to suggest the best product. He also bundled the products as to achieve a price point, that was not only compelling but, unbeatable compared to other baby website pan-Australia! I would buy from them, in a heartbeat. Again.”

“Bought a cot which was advertised as $50 for shipping. Got an email a few days later saying that is was actually $150 for shipping. Otherwise everything went smoothly, product arrived quickly, was of high quality.”

Hi Sophie, Thanks for your review! We always try to do our best for those who shop on our webstore but in this circumstance, shipping a cot to Perth WA from Melbourne flat packed on a pallet (to prevent transport damage) to a residential address for $50.00 is not viable on a clearance product. (Kidsmill Intense Cot) As a resolution, we even subsidized 30% of the cost on this occasion or otherwise offered to cancel the order and refund.
