I have been working with Answering Legal for several years in my solo criminal defense practice. They have always done an outstanding job handling calls for our office and have definitely been an asset to my business. Never having to worry that intake calls are going to voicemail and knowing the calls are handled professionally has been a tremendous help.

I have been with this service for over five years. I am a solo practitioner and rely on Answering Legal for my overflow and off hours. Clients are very pleased with the staff and I receive immediate notification by email and text of calls. Could not be more pleased.

We signed up with Answering Legal about a year and a half ago, having never used an answering service before, and this decision has completely changed our practice. I used to spend literally anywhere from 5-15 minutes checking voicemails twice a day, and oftentimes, by the time we got back to potential clients, they'd have gone elsewhere. Now with Answering Legal, we get e-mails and texts with those messages and can get back to both existing and potential clients sooner, which makes existing clients happier and allows us to talk to potential clients before they go elsewhere. Therefore, our conversion rate has skyrocketed, which makes our advertising dollar stretch farther. We also used to waste a fair amount of time with telemarketing calls, and hearing the phone ring when you were too busy to pick up was stressful. Now I know I'll find out within a couple of minutes who called and why, so if none of us are able to drop whatever we're doing to pick up the phone, it's OK. It's helped our staff focus on what they need to focus on when they need to, as well as get back to people promptly when they finish up what they're working on or take a break. Whenever I've had issues with anything, Answering Legal's helpdesk has always responded quickly and has been beyond helpful, and as far as billing, Rob has always kept an eye on our usage and bumped us up or down to different plans (sometimes even retroactively) so we don't end up overpaying either for our monthly plan or for minute overages. I checked out a lot of answering services (both legal and general) and found them to be the most fairly priced. Even just one additional client a month more than pays for the service, so Answering Legal has had a major positive effect on our bottom line. We are so thankful to have found them, and they're good people, too. From what I've been told in various conversations with them, the company takes good care of its employees, which is a rare find these days.

I am a solo practitioner and first started using this service 10 years ago. The telephone answering service I enjoy has been very good in helping me to manage my practice, court related calls, and most importantly, making sure I am able to talk to new clients and close new business. I really appreciate the way each person who answers my calls will reach out to me and immediately forward new client calls. Striking first is the name of the game and Answering Legal, led by Ron Shatles, helps me do that for a reasonable monthly fee. I hightly recommend this service. Call me if you have any questions. most efficient service, clients of various abilities call and convey what information they want to, still get texts and email, and if emergency patch call through. Very reasonable rates based on usage.
