“I have used there service for about 3 years. Highly recommend. They deliver messages directly to your phone and email. Receptionists are professional and answer calls - even from the jail - very important for me as I practice criminal defense.”

“The team at Answering Legal really provide a great alternative to having an in-house receptionist. I practice in Miami, so bi-lingual reception is a MUST. Answering Legal promised they will always have someone bi-lingual answer my calls, and they have kept their promise.”

“24 hour answering service that just does lawyers. Smart niche. Imagine someone having to answer for a plumbing service and then the next call is someone seeking a lawyer. Much easier to just handle lawyers. Anyway they are competitively priced and the quality of service is good. Several clients said they did not realize it was an answering service. On occasion a client did not like the answering service but it could be the client is so difficult, not the service. Anyway I am happy with the service and would recommend it especially to small firms like mine.”

I rely on them every minute of everyday to manage call flows and their ability to take calls in multiple languages has helped enormously to grow into segments I wouldn't otherwise have been able to reach.
