I’ve been a customer of Answering Legal for many years. They have been instrumental in enabling me to engage with potential and established customers in a professional and financially rewarding way. I highly recommend answering legal for their intelligent, friendly, and professional approach to calls when you’re out of the office.

I have been using Answering Legal for many years. They have always been great to work with. Very reliable, and the feedback I receive from my clients is that the staff is always professional and polite. During Covid my business dropped like a rock, and I advised Rob of Answering Legal that I have to discontinue the service. Rob worked with me, and we fashioned a lower monthly plan, even allowing use of the service for a period of time for free while my business slowly regains momentum. I consider the working relationship I have with Answering Legal to be responsible for a large part of my success. If you are considering an answering service, you would do wise to give Answering Legal a try. You will not be disappointed.

Best answering service I have ever had. I get important messages and in particular messages from potential clients on the weekends/after hours. I highly recommend the service, and it is worth every penny.

I am a solo practitioner who has a full-time assistant in the office from 9 am - 5 pm. But, sometimes she is on the other line, dealing with a client or doing other work where she can't get the phones. That's where Answering Legal takes over. My assistant isn't in the office from 5 pm until the next morning or all weekend. That's where Answering Legal takes over. Sometimes my assistant randomly calls out sick. That's where Answering Legal takes over. I can always count on Answering Legal to answer my calls in a courteous and respectful manner. And, moments after the call ends, I get an email and text message with the caller's name, phone number, email address, and a brief summary of what they called about. I couldn't run my practice without the help of Answering Legal.

I have been a client of Answering Legal since it started. I have never met the owner, but when I have communicated with the firm it's almost always been with Rob. His staff is excellent, but he always follows up. My clients always think his staff are members of my firm and in my office. They are professional beyond reproach. I have never had a concern or a complaint voiced by my clients about his staff, unlike my own permanent staff. One call a month or 500, I am sold on the service. They are actually better, much better, than having my own receptionist or paralegals answer the phone.

A great asset for my law firm. I never have to worry about missing a call from a current client, a potential client or an official call from a government or private interest. The employees of Answering Legal are not like an answering service rather they are an extension of our firm. Professional, diligent and thorough is the way I can describe the messages I get from the operators. And because they only answer for law firms it’s amazing how my clients often compliment that the person who answered my phone was great. They have no idea I am using a service. How cool Is that?

We are a busy two-lawyer criminal defense practice. Answering Legal has been great. Very professional and clients believe they are talking to local staff. Support has been fantastic when we changed and added telephone numbers.. Highly recommend

Answering Legal has been my "go to" office answering service for years. They consistently deliver quality and reliability. Frankly, I had tried other services, but have been disappointed. In my business, I get lots of phone calls from all kinds of people, mostly in stressful situations, and at difficult times. The most important services for me are that the call is answered in a prompt and professional manner, and that message is immediately transferred to me. Answering Legal excels.

I have been with the company for a long time and have never had a problem. Although covid disrupted the traditional office setting, Answering legal made it easy to work remotely and easily adapt during the past year. I would further add that from the top on down customer service is a priority when dealing with this company.

I have been using Answering Legal for over 2 years now, and it's been a game-changer for my law practice. Clients are able to reach me 24/7 if needed and, better yet, things are documented in text and email so that I can always access the contact information quickly that's needed. Honestly, I think Answering Legal has proven more reliable than when we used to have someone answer our phones in-house, and costs a lot less. I highly recommend them!!

Received numerous complaints from clients about the bad customer service from the people who answered my phone. There was also a lot of noise in the background at times and then the company stopped answering my phones completely but still continued to charge me for over a month!

Answering Legal is inconsistent with how calls are handled by their employees. Many of them are great and friendly. However many times calls are not even attempted to be patched through.

I have had Answering Legal for more than a year, assisting my Solo Law Practice when I am unavailable to receive calls. The messages I get, both emailed and text, are prompt, accurate and thorough. My Clients and I are both very pleased with the service.

For a solo practitioner, you can't beat Answering Legal in terms of cost-effectiveness and professionalism. They do a great job and same me money!
