“I purchased a cookie jar from them and after a week emailed to ask them if it had been shipped. They responded that it won’t ship for 15 days after purchase! It also says this on their website. It’s been 13 days as of this writing and still hasn’t shipped. So, if you want you item in a reasonable period of time, I’d try somewhere else. By the time it gets here, I won’t remember what it is. Boy do I hope it’s not broken, that could delay everything through next year!”

“I have ordered several things from Antiquefarmhous.com and until today I would have given them a 5-star rating. Every item (before) was excellent in quality and exceeded my expectations. Today, however, I received two items, The first, a wreath, was SO cheaply made. It looked worse than anything you could pick up at the dollar store, and it came broken with huge chunks of greenery broken off. It was also significantly smaller than it was supposed to be. The second, a metal cake stand, was a lot cheaper looking in real life than in the pictures online, and it wasn't balanced, making it basically unusable. I will really have to think hard before I buy anything from them again.”
“Something unique just happened. I ordered a wooden rocking horse from Antique Farmhouse. The horse was 40" high and when it arrived its ears had been compromised. I was so disappointed and wrote an email immediately to customer service. Here is the unique part...I heard back from Jen within 24 hours. She was very willing to listen and discuss my dilemma along with viewing pictures I had taken. Again, within hours, I received a reply. I ended up a very happy customer. Jen was unique in that she actually made a difference in my situation. Unique in that I actually had one on one communication and it was in a timely fashion. This is rare in today's world. “I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Antique Farmhouse when a local home décor store was out of an item I desperately wanted. I debated fighting the lady at the counter with it. They typically carry one, maybe two, of their unique items which is extremely frustrating. I googled the item, and the Antique Farmhouse came up. I’ve been addicted to their site ever since. The items they carry match my style perfectly and are reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?! How about good customer service? They have that as well! I recently received a shipment with some damaged items. They were quick to respond, easy to work with and took great care of me. I highly recommend them!”

“I ordered natural accents farmhouse table lamp - the photo on the website shows definite two tone base, the top part being brownish and 2/3 of the bottom more of a gray. The lamp was delivered and it does not resemble the photo at all. The base is just mottled and I am disappointed to say the least. Another thing that I don't like is your company sources everything I have purchased from CHINA - I am tired of supporting another country other than USA so will not be purchasing anymore.”

After contacting Antique Farmhouse they quickly responded and while we were waiting for the search, the owner of the home it was delivered to brought it to our house. However, it had been broken - this all transpired over the weekend. After contacting Kim again at customer service she quickly resolved the issue to both of our satisfaction.
