“My experience has been completely frustrating. I ordered and paid for a gift on November 3rd. I have been made aware of the shipping policy and if I had known I would never have placed an order with this company. I still do not have my order and tracking only shows shipping delayed. I’m sorry to say I will not be ordering from this company again.”
“I am sorry to say that my experience with Antique Farmhouse was not what I had hoped. Although their customer service was quick to respond. Their shipping process and communication notices were dissapointing. First, you have to wait 14 days before they even ship out your order, and then I never received a notice that my order was shipped and received through FedEx that supposedly delivered my order without my consent to leave on my front door without signing. Needless to say, I never received the bench I ordered $350 bench. On my proof of delivery notice, it didn't even have my name or complete address on it. I feel violated and very disappointed! :(”

I ordered a quilt and some shams a month ago and they are still yet to be shipped out. the whole “15 day window” is complete bs. They just say that so they can slack off to the very last day and then finally ship. finally got an email yesterday saying that my order shipped and I was so excited, then I checked and only the shams shipped?? when I ordered the quilt the same day? you guys need to get your sh** together, not fair to make people pay for shipping and then have to wait for over a month to even get a tracking number. cute and unique products but horrible service.”

“I purchased two lamps and both harps and finials were not in the box. I have reached out to customer service and Jennifer has quickly responded and has emailed that they are working to have these items sent to me quickly. Harps maybe not such a big deal but to match the missing finials would have been very difficult. At this moment I don’t have the replacements but the prompt and professional customer service puts one at ease and I believe that the company intends to correct this problem. When I try to inquire at the site, it will not allow me to log in, change the password or any thing to check out where my item is. I will soon have to file a complaint with my bank to cancel this order if I do not get a response within 48 hours.”
