“I love the screen but it isn’t big enough. I have it 3 stars because of the inconvenience. If it was at least 1’ bigger in dimension in height AND width, it would allow me to get in and out of my desk easier. My camera on my Apple display is fairly wide. So the gap between my monitor and to hide everything behind me is such that the Anyvoo screen has to be right behind me in my chair. My desk is also able to move into a stand up position. So, I have it set at a height that allows me to sit or stand at my desk, but literally half an inch of coverage or not. The attached picture shows how close it must be to provide the proper coverage.”
Art, thank you so much for your review! We're so sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your Voodrop. There are a couple things that might help it fill the frame more. First, we recommend that you use two different heights for sitting and standing. This gets the Voodrop in a better position to fill your webcam. How far away is your webcam from your Voodrop? It looks like your desk is pretty deep, but I can't tell from the photo where your monitor is at. We suggest a distance of four feet (up to four feet and three inches) from your webcam to your Voodrop. If you're able to move your webcam forward at all, this will give you more wiggle room to move your Voodrop back. Of course, if your webcam is wide-angle, it can be tricky to keep the corners of the backdrop from showing. External webcams have software you can use to change the field of view your webcam shows. This makes it easy to get more space between you and your Voodrop. If you'd like, we have tried a lot of brands of webcams and could recommend some good ones for you. We want to make sure you're happy, so I'm going to email you to see if we can get your Voodrop working better for you. Please keep an eye out in your inbox!
“Loved the simple design and ease of setting up. The customer service was excellent! I didn’t realize initially there was a different piece included as an option for the clip so for the first few times using it felt like the backdrop wasn’t as secure. We also had a design with a rectangle, but due to the stretch of the material it was hard to square it out. I’d recommend some design tips for future clients so they can get even more use. We had to zoom in pretty close to cut out the rectangular frame in most of our shots. It also would be helpful to advertise the more packable version of the stand as not being able to send the version we bought was a bummer. Finally, as the company continues to grow i hope there will be options to buy new socks individually for already having the stand!”

“Product is great and works well. The only improvement I see is that the telescopic stand seems to slip once I put the backdrop on from the weight. If I REALLY tighten it down, it won't slip but makes undoing it all the more difficult. Not a deal-breaker but something that could likely be improved with a different tripod.”
