“Purchase from Aosom was smooth and swift only downside was the delivery. We purchased a rise/recline chair and considering these items are primarily purchased by dosabled/elderly person then to have just kerbside (front door) delivery is a bit of a disappointment. I had to struggle to get the 2 boxes from front door to the back of the house (living room). When I purchased the item I did read that deliveries were kerbside but there were items sent via 2 man delivery but I couldn't find anywhere that clarified the type of delivery for the item we purchased until it arrived( well if there was I didn't find it.”
“Purched this chair a couple of weeks ago now, and I am not dissapolnted. So much better than the last chair I had, better quality, better finish and the chair stays at the height I've set it ( I am a bit on the heavy side !!!) although the last chair I bought was susposed to be in my weight range, it clearly wasn't.
Delivery was quick and easy. No problems from start to finish, would recommend this company.
