Product took over 6 weeks to arrive. On organising delivery date organiser completely ignored comment not to deliver in morning and only afternoon and delivered first thing in the morning.

I was asked for a review before I had received the goods that I ordered, which is rather surprising. I am waiting for the item to be delivered

Yet to receive my package - your courier (Aramex) is hopeless despite my contacting them and speaking to their customer service too!! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed - this was not a cheap item too. You have my money and I don’t have my goods.

They ship with Aramex who are absolutely useless. My package has been in my city for 10 days and still hasn't been delivered.

Sorry can't write a positive review because we haven't received our telly. Ordered on 26/12 and here we are on 7th Jan, nearly 2 weeks later, with no telly after the courier Aramax sent me a message to say it would arrive on 2 Jan. I've emailed them but their reply said nothing useful. Not happy.

Absolutely hopeless. Ordered an item for a Christmas present. Originally I put in my address for delivery however I needed to change the address. In the order confirmation email, it states for any changes, please contact them. I did. I wrote an email stating that the address needed to be changed. I did not get a reply so I called them (Appliance Central) the next day. The order had not been shipped and the staff member i spoke with, verified the change of address, read it back to me from the email and mentioned they use Hunter Express for the delivery area. 3 days for Christmas, my order arrives at the original address. Yep, they did not change it. Again I call them and they said they will have the item redirect to the correct address. Mind you, I had to pay $60 for the redirection. On the 2nd of January, I get an email saying that the item has been delivered. No it wasnt! Aramex returned the item to the store. Again I call Appliance Central. I was spun some rubbish story about how they had submitted the redirection but armarex had not followed through. I say a rubbish story asI called armarex to check what was going on and they said they had not heard from myself for the redirection. I mentioned that the store had redirected it and they said they they did not. Now, I get a new update on the same day, 2nd of January saying they the package has been dispatched. Yep. This was an email containing a link to track the item with aramex. aramex? They said on the phone you use Hunter Express for area. After checking, it is even listed on their website! It is ow the 5th of January and the item has still not been collected from the store. Tracking says that the item is not ready for collection. People, please, stay away from this place. They are absolutely hopeless. I will also add, the when you call, they deny that you spoke with them or other staff. They all say, no it was not me you spoke with. Items may be cheaper here but it will cost you in the end run. You have been warned! I will never, EVER use this place again.

I still don’t have my coffee machine. It was sent via Amarex who stated delivery by the 22nd Dec but still not here. Maybe there were other delivery options but the stated delivery date was ok with me. I also know it’s Christmas and deliveries can be delayed etc, but the tracking has zero info. Happy to change the review if/when it gets here but for now I’m still not sure if this site is a scam or not. I’m pretty sure it is just Amarex, they seem pretty incompetent. I’m sure it’s an automated request, but maybe they should not ask for a review until the package has been delivered.

The microwave arrived with a smashed glass in the door. I sent photos and complaint a week ago and no response as yet.

Broken product, no responses, no refund. I should have listened to the bad reviews online with the broken products. I will NEVER order from here again.

Appalling customer service. Came to the day before our fridge was supposed go be delivered and they told us they didn't have our fridge. No apology or solution offered.

I purchased this item on 24th Nov and yet to receive it. Your courier service (Aramex) left a calling card on 14 Dec. I was home and the incompetent driver did not even buzz my apartment. There is ample parking at front of apartment building so I don't accept this as an excuse. I have attempted numerous times to request confirmation of delivery date but been ignored

Just bought a 77 inch LG G3. It was delivered and is not working. Contacted appliance central and told to write an email. Wrote the email and no one has responded. Spent $6000 on a tv that does not work and no help from appliance central. Have now contacted ACCC. You are better off sticking to the major retailers like Harvey Norman and JB HIFI.
