I bought a clothes dryer which is just what I wanted. However, I am disgusted that your Couriers Refuse to bring goods upstairs! I live in a Unit on the 2nd Floor by myself, I am now 58. It wouldn't matter if I was 18 I could not lift a clothes dryer up two flights of stairs! Courier Delivery means DELIVERY - you bring the goods to the area they are meant to go..NOT dump them in the driveway of a three story Unit block and say Oh well you can take the item upstairs from here. I don't know if this is the particular Courier Company you use but I suggest you find one that DELIVERS Goods correctly to the person and not one like the one you are using that cannot be bothered completing the job!

the delivery worker open the package of my washing machine without installing and tell me the problem and left. I have submitted a return request

delivery was a joke!They gave me a delivery window of 8hrs but didnt show up. The re-booked the next day for a morning delivery within 3hrs but showed up 6hrs later in the afternoon. All the call centre had to say about it was do u want to reject the delivery and get refunded? 2days later i saw the product $400 cheaper elsewhere. How i wish i can turn back the clock.

There are some ice on shelves after 2 days since working, I put the power on after deliver it arround 5 hours as recommended. It's so frustrating.and the door doesn't stick to the body after close the door as it should be, not happy

Everything from Appliance central was ok until it was delivered, the courier delivered it on a Friday afternoon and I was away and not home, so they left the TV on the front doorstep in full view from the road, lucky for me it was stolen

Well the courier said that they tried to deliver thursday the sixth of october...they said that they messaged us before....and that they left a sorry note when we wernt home.....but we were home .....there was no text....and no note....i found out as we wondered where it was....so i checked tracking no....and found this out....so no we dont have our tv yet

Ordered a washing machine when in stock and expected delivery in two days. Except a message one day before delivery notifying they have stock level issue, no other communication until 10 days after. Called up twice and the machine might only be delivered in another week time. I asked for alternative model that can be delivered within the week, and was told have to pay the difference between the currently raised price with my purchase price, not the price difference between the two models. Very unhappy. It's a waste of my time and money due to ApplianceCentral's fault, and there's no compensation at all. Asked to cancel the order and refund, I will source another washing machine from elsewhere.

I purchased Samsung frame tv 85 inch at $3850, second day the price dropped to $3760, I sent email to appliance central, if I can get the price adjustment. No one reply me…so disappointed.

I am very unhappy with the company you have chosen to deliver my goods. They received my TV from you at 1:37pm on 24th Aug. They have had my TV sitting in their depot for 7 days. I rang them yesterday 30/10 to ask when they would be sending it on to me, and was told maybe tomorrow or the next day. I am not at all happy with this. Caroline Magee

Your delivery company left the clearly labeled tv on my doorstep for anyone to steal in an apartment block in full view of other residents and didn’t even ring the doorbell!!! Lucky I thought I heard someone outside and went out to have a look - and saw it was left there - I was livid! You need to change companies, so incredibly irresponsible!!!
