l cancelled my order due to the product issues on last Saturday. I received confirmation email from your sales person that i will be refund my money in 3-4 days. But I have not seen my refund yet as today 5th day.How can I truth your company to buy anything from you in the future?

I have NOT enjoyed my TV for any minute since I got my TV. The service is very not prompt and not willing to deal with my case, very inefficient. In the end, I have to contact TCL by myself for all the issues.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, no contact from them, still not even dispatched! Avoid, it's worth paying more to actually receive what you paid for.

I wish i had stick to the good guys. 50$ savings came with a rushed up and arrogant delivery guy someone who was definitely not enjoying his job.

75" Samsung TV was faulty (less than a week old) and when Appliance Central were called so we could discuss options, they didn't want anything to do with us. Couldn't even be bothered to advise us what Samsung's number was- just told us it was not their problem. Customer service couldn't have been worse. Wont be recommending them EVER

Ordered item 24th Oct. It’s now 1st Nov and no update on order at all. No tracking, nothing. Item was in stock at time of ordering. May look to cancel order can only imagine what a warranty or fault might take to resolve.

The goods still have not arrived. Courier website states they would be delivered on 26/10 currently 31/10 and not yet delivered.

Appreciate their timely delivery. However, packaging was in bad shapre- not intact. Appeared to be a cartoon damaged product. Found a mark top right of the brand new tv as well. Didn't jot receive positive or cooperative response from the team as well.

Terrible customer service, won’t return calls, promised to remove washing machine and install new one for free then couldn’t fully install washing machine like promised and left washing machine on side of road now won’t return calls

Good afternoon, I’m writing to inform you of the horrible experience I encountered at the weekend regarding the delivery of my washing machine. On Friday I chose to purchase our new washing machine over another supplier, which was $100 cheaper however they couldn’t deliver at the weekend. Upon making my booking on Friday with your sales representative I was very clear that I needed my washing machine delivered on Saturday. I even added in my comments that I would like it delivered early AM, which they couldn’t guarantee. They did however promise and guarantee that the washing machine would 100% be delivered at some time on Saturday. I received a sms message at 10:29am on the Saturday informing me that due to high volume of deliveries my appliance had been rescheduled to Sunday. As a result of the day change, which was a massive inconvenience and broken promise. The delivery drivers on the Sunday left mud on our rugs and floors from driving the wet trolley into our house, which I now must get to cleaned. I would like to receive some form of compensation as a result of the poor customer service I have received from this experience, even if it’s to cover the cost of the flight and the rug which needs to be cleaned. First impressions are last impressions and so far I have been very disappointed with the poor service I have just experienced. Friday 5 days later and I’m still waiting to hear from Peter Tran from a customer service manager today.

Your courier,aramex, has the worst reputation in the business. Why are you still engaging those loosers? Because Appliance Central is a pack of loosers too. Take your money somewhere else and avoid a heart attack

Stock I purchased wasn’t available. Replacement arrived damaged. Refunds took weeks. Communication was drawn out and I’m constantly following up. Will never trust this group with any part of my renos.

Issues with delivery. Seems like not professional delivery drivers for handling this sort of appliances. Microwave oven that bought was damaged : cracked door and the door doesn't align properly with control panel

I am very disappointed with the product TIGER 2.2L Tiger Air Pump Jugs MAA-A222. Before I order it, I was confirmed by Appliance Central through email - "Tiger products are made in Japan". However, when I received the air pump jug I purchased, it was marked "MADE IN CHINA" !!!
