“Are very pleased to add our review! From start of search for item required to placing order - 10/10. For small fee added to price of Item - successful in delivery the very next morning, with update of approx time for delivery to be received. Item checked & installed. “Ordering and paying no problem but not impressed with delivery driver not being able to find the address. Not as if it was up a hidden country lane but a big sign written industrial building. Why don't you get your driver's to put the What 3 Words app on their phones.”

“Simple to order online, delivered early and kept informed by sms and email at every step of the way. When a Company just does what it is meant to without fuss it is refreshing as this is not always the case with online ordering, basically they did what they said they would do on the tin. Product works so cannot talk about returns but will definitely use them again as on this experience you can rely on them to deliver as ordered.”

“Poor communication re delivery. Emails kept telling me different dates for the same delivery. The delivery company(DX) eventually gave me the correct date, while the email from appliances direct told me it was to be delivered 2 days earlier, even up to the day when clearly it hadn’t arrived. Again poor communication with delivery workers, who were not prepared to remove our old cooker even though we had already paid for the recycling option and been assured by phone that they would collect the old cooker. Fortunately they agreed to take it away after some discussion. Very pleased with the cooker ,though, so in the end it was worth it.”

“I bought a microwave oven and it was the best price after comparing how much it would cost with other major suppliers. It was easy to order and came within two days, well packaged and ready to plug in. We are very happy with the service I received and since this was the first time using the company, would always check their website initially for any other future purchases.”

“Brilliant service. First ordered two machines & then only needed one. I received a refund for one machine within days. The remaining machine was delivered on the delivery day. I was given by text the day before, a notice of time of delivery a two hour slot. All great. Second time I’ve used this company. All excellent.”
