“I've always been honest in my reviews, and unfortunately, this was a bad experience. My appliance, a large Hob and Hood, was somehow lost in transit—hard to believe something so big could go missing! When I reached out for a replacement, I spoke to a representative named Clarisse. She said they could only offer a scratched replacement or that I’d have to pay an additional cost for a new one. When I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up and promised a callback within two hours. No one called back, even though I waited the entire day. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend using this site for purchasing appliances, as their delivery service is very poor.”

The organization, HACKINGPROTEAM, specializes in tracking online scams and aiding scam victims. They were approached by one of the victims, who had grown suspicious after realizing there were inconsistencies in the scammer’s stories. HACKINGPROTEAM quickly mobilized their team of digital forensics experts to investigate. Using advanced techniques in IP tracking, data triangulation, and social media analysis, they were able to trace the scammer's digital footprint across multiple platforms and discovered that the perpetrator operated from a country different than what they had claimed to their victims. As the investigation deepened, HACKINGPROTEAM uncovered a vast network of fake profiles, emails, and even dummy bank accounts linked to the scammer. Collaborating with international banking partners and cybersecurity experts, they pieced together the scammer's real identity by cross-referencing financial transactions and communication patterns. Once the perpetrator’s true identity and location were confirmed, HACKINGPROTEAM presented their findings to law enforcement authorities in the scammer's country. This led to a coordinated sting operation, which resulted in the scammer’s apprehension. Authorities were able to seize assets tied to the scam and access the accounts where the stolen funds were held. In a triumph for the victims, HACKINGPROTEAM and the authorities worked diligently to trace the funds sent by victims and recover nearly all of the stolen money. The recovered funds were then returned to the victims, who were finally able to find justice and closure after their harrowing experience. This case is a powerful reminder of the importance of vigilance in online interactions and the role that specialized organizations like HACKINGPROTEAM play in protecting vulnerable individuals from digital predators. Thanks to their expertise and commitment, the romance scammer was not only stopped but also brought to justice, ensuring that others could avoid falling prey to similar schemes. “Exchanged a lpg gas oven that was faulty within warranty after pacifica who have the contract for warranty repair made the decision it was not repairable. Appliances Direct sorted it all out and I have no qualms about doing future business again with them. The team here especially Anna who I dealt with were superb. Thankyou very much we are now cooking on gas again!”
