Appliance Direct have been fantastic, but the associated saga was not. Purchased an ElectriQ dehumidifier. Because of a product recall Appliance Direct had to swap it for a different ElectriQ dehumidifier. This was OK, until the replacement failed after three months of operation. Appliance Direct had to swap it again. There was no cost to me, but not a good situation. Appliance Direct have been fantastic, and I will use again. But I am not sure I will be purchasing another ElectriQ product!

Excellent service.even when the courier could not deliver my item and sent it back Appliance Direct sent out a replacement promptly.

The unit had obviously been returned by another customer as several screws were loose inside of the unit and the plastic bags that contain the fixings were ripped open. Several screws were also missing and one of the threads had been stripped showing the unit had been partially installed and then dismantled and reboxed. The box was not sealed which initially made me suspect that someone had already tried to install it. Very disappointing!

On January 31, 2025 I purchased a Maytag washing machine from Appliance Direct, located at 1532 Nova Road in Daytona Beach, Florida. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the washing machine was found to be in a non-working condition. While the unit successfully powered on, it failed to perform its primary function—washing clothes. Appliance Direct scheduled a third-party service provider, RR Appliance Services, Inc., to inspect the unit. After a thorough diagnostic test, the technician confirmed that the washing machine was inoperable. The diagnosis revealed multiple error codes, indicating both hardware and software damage. During the inspection, the technician also mentioned that Appliance Direct receives the highest number of repair calls compared to other vendors. Due to the fact that I was delivered a defective and inoperable unit, I requested a full refund. However, instead of honoring my request, Appliance Direct opted to provide me with a replacement of the same model. In an effort to escalate my concerns, I submitted a written grievance to the district office of Appliance Direct. Despite this, I never received a response via phone or email. After making two follow-up calls to the store, I was finally informed that my case was under review. The lack of professionalism and failure to properly address my concerns made this an extremely frustrating experience. Based on my encounter, I would never recommend Appliance Direct to anyone. Instead, I strongly suggest purchasing appliances from reputable retailers such as Home Depot or Lowe’s, where customers can expect better service and accountability. Due to Appliance Direct’s poor handling of this matter, I have also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to document this issue.

Easy purchase online, courtesy call next day or day after confirming the delivery date and item, turned out to double up as a sales pitch for warranty on the fridge freezer, but was offered in a friendly “here’s what we have if you’re interested” way but in no way pushy or hard sold. Kept up to date by courier company as Appliance Direct had said I would, all together a happy and painless purchase. Courier company (ArrowXL) were faultless through out, done everything they said they would, delivered on day given, gave a two hour time slot on night before delivery, called 30mins before arrival. Not 2 man delivery, but 3!!. Fantastic team of gents, mindful and friendly, willing to assess access to house instead of blustering in. All in, I’ll likely use Appliances Direct again because it was so easy and hassle free.

I had a very good experience, my radiator is quality but the light grey I had chosen looked like anthracite, I believed I was sent the wrong colour. A long story short, it was fitted prior to me seeing it, I still rang up, but did expect to be told, too late it’s on your wall. Actually, I had the opposite, ticket opened with an investigation to resolve, it was dealt with swiftly call back the next day and I was completely assured I had in fact received the correct product, I was very happy with the product and the service. (The note that I may have been cherry picked to do a review doesn’t change the fact, I am a happy customer)

Cooker went wrong one month after warranty, and anyone would expect a cooker to last more then that amount of time, couldn't even speak to anyone about it as the phone service tells you via automated service nothing they can do, which is nonsense. No speaking to anyone or discuss options, nothing. A cooker should last more than 13 months. Awful customer service, if you can even call it that.
