“Delivery was quick and efficient. Delivery driver was friendly and helpful. It was a shock to find that there was no cable on the oven, and disappointed that one of the wire racks was not welded.”

“Had a problem with a new appliance which they dealt with superbly. Easy to communicate with and contactable. They accepted the video and quickly arranged drop off and pick up. Thank you very much. Have used greatly in the past and will continue to do so..”

“Easy ordering, and got a good discount. Dishwasher arrived quickly but arrived with a dent. Company were very good at sorting out without question a replacement. My only negative is we paid for full service of disconnect, reconnect new product and take old one away. The delivery company people did not have a clue, saying it wouldn't fit into the existing space & suggestions of drilling through walls to plumb in( we already had a dishwasher in this space). I made contact with Appliance direct and got money back and luckily my Husband could do all required once home but if this wasn't the case would have been stressful. Second replacement delivery, we didn't pay for the extras and they were polite/friendly.”

“The booking process was easy and I was kept informed about the proposed delivery date and time slot. The washing machine arrived on the correct date but well outside the time slot. The delivery guys (who were extremely careful and very friendly) told me that the lorry had arrived two hours late and that this was the reason for the delay. It would have been nice if they'd unpacked the washing machine for me and removed the packing materials, but since these things weren't part of the deal and they were running late, I didn't press them on this. Overall I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend the company.”

“Ordered a radiator and valves which I paid excres for a Saturday delivery on, the vales came on Saturday with DPD and the radiator came with APC on Monday, not only a waste of money paying or the Saturday delivery but I had to turn away my plumber who was fitting it on the Saturday, i phoned asking for at least a refund on my delivery fee and I haven’t even had that back.”

“I ordered Samsung s24 ultra, (on 22nd Dec) with charged delivery which was guaranteed for 24th Dec. (as it was a christmas present) as it was the only company offering that. I recieved few calls from the team to sell me additional insurance but they had no clue for delivery. Had recieved email that it was delayed and will be 27th Dec. I did try calling them and emailing, they mentioned as it is "drop Shipment" they cannot track. As part of the order it does not state that. Appliances direct needs to take full responsibility for the product. No clue when the item will be delivered. called customer service team, useless advisor and manager, 1 and half hour wasted.”

“Such a hassle free experience . Delivery was prompt and the staff who delivered were excellent, friendly and helpful. We had slight damage on our fridge , we called customer services and they sorted everything out for us immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using this company. Fair prices also .”

“Had a new cooker hood delivered as first one was damaged,but appliance direct I cannot fault.as it was collected and a new one dispatched very quickly. But unfortunately the new one was damaged inside,but I managed to sort it out.but again I cannot fault appliances direct I believe hotpoint has cut down on their packaging and this is what causes damage. But I will definitely use appliances direct again,great service and no quibble return.great to see a company treat their customers right,brilliant job.”
