Had a problem with our dehumidifier, it was sorted and a replacement sent out. Excellent communication throughout and quick service. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service ordered new single electric oven on Sunday late afternoon on Internet was delivered next day Monday by 2pm very very happy with how efficient Appliance Direct were from.order to.delicery will definitely be using again & recommending to friends & family 👍😊

Good price for a Hotpoint dishwasher. Next day delivery with two helpful and cheerful delivery men unloaded the dishwasher and took it into my kitchen. Good communication with texts and phone calls keeping me informed of tracking and delivery was on time.

To be fair, my problem isnt with Appliance direct but with their delivery service Arrow XL. My order number 50939099. I was expecting a delivery today. I was initially given a delivery time 0700-1900, and was told that during the evening before I would get an email giving a one hour delivery timeslot. This didn't happen, so I called customer services, and queued for 15 mins to speak to someone. She pointed out that during my phone queueing time they had sent me a text giving my timeslot as 14.45-16.45 and that the driver would call me 30 mins prior to delivery. At 14.23 I received a text telling me that they were sorry they missed me and I would have to rearrange delivery. This text was 22mins before my timeslot!!! At no time did anyone come to the door or ring my phone. I called customer services and queued on the phone for another 15 mins to speak to someone. I was speaking to her before my delivery timeslot had even started. She told me the driver had submitted a photo of my back garden gate!! She was as bewildered as me. Surely the timeslot is given to make sure that people are home during that time, and don't have to stay home from work all day. Please can you explain why the driver tried to deliver before the timeslot? Why he tried to deliver to my back garden gate and not the front door? And also why he didn't at anytime try to ring me, when I was in the house all day? I have rearranged delivery on the first avaiable day, which is 6 days away, meaning that I have no washing machine for another week, when I abided by all the delivery instructions you provided? If it can be delivered sooner please let me know, because so far I am very disappointed in your service. I look forward to hearing your answers

Great service - from the discount I got ( which was cheaper than Ninja) to the delivery everything was smooth kept updated 5* DPD were the delivery company and they themselves give a 5* service to our address anyway. It’s a present so not opened it yet! But really pleased so far !

there was a problem with the dehumidifier, no problem they swapped it out next day. 100% trouble free. having problems is unfortunate but happens, how a company deals with them makes all the difference

My Air Fryer arrived this morning at 8.01am. The driver was just putting it back in his van, he didn't wait long after knocking . I can hear the doorbell better.. I take a minute or two to get downstairs. Anyway I knocked on the window and he brought it back for me so I was very pleased with the courier. The Air Fryer is lovely, Ninja. Delivery from Appliances Direct was speedy, thank you. I have had things from Applliances Direct before and always been pleased with the item and the speedy delivery. Delivered the next working day.

Very helpful customer services when finally got through press 1 for this 2 for that etc. Definitely needs less numbers to where you want to be very confusing. Also needs explaining if pay through PayPal item can only be delivered to bill address, which was told after placing order. As my order was a present and wanted it delivered to analternative address and it was not a small item to lift. But all in all good service and reasonably priced.

First time I've used you. Purchased an oil heater which arrived perfectly on time. Once out of the box however, found the unit had a dent on the side. Contacted customer services who responded first thing next day. Initially offered cash refund if I was happy to keep, but advised I preferred a replacement. Order for collection issued immediately and replacement order issued the following day (all done over the weekend). Collection of old and delivery of replacement all proceeded well. Genuinely excellent response all the way through. Well done.

I bought a hoover tumble dryer from you, after 2 months the plug melted! Hoover engineer came out and said it happened now and then!!! I then noticed the heater element was glowing bright orange but the drum not rotating luckily I managed to get clothes out before a fire began. You won’t replace or refund!!!
